Vi Ministore ask for Rs.150 for upgrading sim to 4G which is usually free of cost mentioned in Vi website. I even asked why 150 Rs when its free from VodafoneIdea, they simply refused to do it for free and asked to go Mangalore if want free 4g sim replacement.

Service to a extent some what okay, but store people dont know how to speak with customer and to respect and they will charge double for sim card too. I inquired about this with customer care, they are telling it is free of charge. But store people keep telling their reason and to speak with shop owner and owner has some rude behavior, he not even agreed to speak with customer care person.Request people to be please be aware of the charges of any service before you visit the store and for any doubts clarify with VI customer care.

Plz dont call to no given here they dont have polite to talk with the customers ,the idea staff who has that number dont know how to talk with customers when they ask for any questions,he dosent think that whether they are in serious condition or not!! so dont think to approach their service ,think twice before going there😡👎👎
