Athena The Greek Goddess of wisdom our new home.Moving from individual home to apartment was not easy for us. When we saw the flat at Athena it was love at first sight. The location of the building itself is a sweet spot. Mr Sudhir Shetty , Executive Director of Kirthi Construction has ensured use of premium quality of end products. Being in line with a fast paced society and tech savvy world ,he has introduced latest technology in his projects by using electronic gates, door camera ,surveillance camera etc . Also would like to mention the staff of Kirthi construction is very professional and helpful . Over all experience with Kirthi Construction has been absolute pleasure and happy to be part of this family .

15 years back, when I took retirement from Saudi Arabia after working there for 35 years, I wanted to settle down in a peaceful but not far from the market and commercial area. Being born and brought up in Udyavar, my first choice was Udupi / Manipal. Though I had a beautiful villa in Ananth nagar at Manipal, being a frequent traveler and due to issues related to maintenance of the Villa, I started looking for an apartment so that I can enjoy my retired life happily.During this time, a friend of mine who has a good knowledge in the field of building construction and is in very close contact with many renowned contractors in and around Udupi, recommended me Kirti Constructions and introduced me to Mr Sudhir Shetty, the owner of Kirti Constructions.During this time, Kirti Constructions had many projects to their credit, successfully completed and handed over well in time and were coming up with a new project called “Silvery Moon” in BannanjeThe location of the building is ideal for me. Though it is located about a km from the main hub of Udupi city, a block inside the main Udupi-Malpe main Link Road, it is a very quite and peaceful locality, surrounded by lush green coconut grooves. Subsequently the main Udupi bus stand has come up opposite to this building making it highly desirable place. As the building was almost in a finishing stage, we could ascertain the quality of construction. Luckily the booking was still open and I could get a 3 bedroom apartment of my choice. Two of my sister-in-law’s families who came to Udupi on vacation, after seeing the location and construction of the building immediately booked two more apartments. Needless to say, before booking the apartment we made detailed inquiries with the apartment owners of the completed buildings of Kirti Constructions and the feed back was remarkable. We also made sure that the after sales services by this builder is satisfactory.We have, since then living in the “Silvery Moon“ building for the last 6 years and found the stay very comfortable and enjoy every minute of it. The apartments are spacious, very well laid out with proper cross ventilation. Neighbors are very friendly since the builder has made sure of allotting the apartments to like minded families. The building houses many eminent doctors, lawyers, chartered accountants, entrepreneurs and retired people.The amenities provided by the builder are excellent, includes club house, broader car parks, lavish peripheral path/ walkways, spacious entry lobby and lifts. Even the common lobbies on each floor are spacious and well ventilated.Our experience on after sales service by this builder is outstanding. He coordinated and cooperated during the interior works of our apartment and did all modifications on the apartment layout to our utmost satisfaction.The apartments in this building has a very good resealable value though hardly any one is available for resale. Even they yield a very high rental income.Since then, Kirti Constructions continue to build similar prestigious apartment buildings in Udupi, some completed and some in progress. I have no hesitation in recommending his apartments to any prospective buyers who either want to stay and enjoy life or invest in his buildings to harvest rich dividends.RegardsPrabhakar R Hegde.
