I am giving one star..Only because less than that there is no option..Dont ever go for it guys..Such a worst service ever i encountered..No response,No feed back, No invoice...Simply pathetic experience....

If you are planning on getting their broadband connection for work from home Id definitely not recommend it. The connection is never stable. The speed constantly is far below the limit and every second day, there is no connection at all. Unless you want to get a terrible feedback from your bosses, Id not recommend this to anyone.

Worst service. Please don go for cable tv subscription. they dont even provide the bill

Worst service. The operator took one additional months charge saying that there will be uninterrupted viewing.But the situation has worsened after that. Today for whole day the subscription is not renewed.

Never take a Den broadband connection somewhere near udupi because the operator named Girish is bad at doing his job and if the connection isn’t good he won’t even fix the issue and Behaves too rude with the customers! Dissapointed customer!! This needs to be fixed by Den or else for sure you will loose all the good customers in Udupi!

Customer service is the worst. Gave us a temporary set up box because he didnt have the hd one but charged us for it. Its been over a month and he hasnt showed up. Would never pick up the call
