Staffs were really rude to customers. We 4 frnds had more than 10 reliance trends coupons, so went there for shopping. They said we can try only 6 dresses per person, no more trial is allowed. Even manager also said the same. Just because it is difficult them to fold it again they didnt allow us to try. In order to adjust our coupon amount we wanted to try more. Then we didnt purchase and went to manipal reliance, and did our shopping. Even though there were many customers compared to udupi store they didnt restrict us from trialing. May be rules for udupi staffs are different from other stores🙄

One of the most required shop in Udupi which is on its way for an exponential growth, the Verity of the merchandise available with a decent quality and pricing is a welcome gesture.. A must visit for those who are cloth shopping enthusiasts...

Was very bad experience while paying I asked for Google pay, they agreed and payment was successful 3k from my side also debited from my account still they told transaction was not successful so I will get my money back within a week and asked me to do another payment so I did by card, till now I mean 6moths I have not received my money yet. Show room is good.lac of communication and main isuue language problem.All ladies staff cant speak english or hindi they cant understand what coustmer asking.because they speak only in kannada.Cant move freely inside the showroom very narrow way between the racks.Need people who can speak hindi & english.Vegitable billing is very bad wr hve to wait 20 to 30 mnts.need to keep two billing counters.need training for staff.
