Some days back I had ordered a PX 100 PCP along with a Hand pump. The PCP was OK but the Hand Pump was of worst Quality and did not work at all. Also there was much much delays in Shipping of the PCP. Im a old and regular customer of koovibazaar,this was the first time they sent a defective item. The Hand pump felt it was grinding on Sand paper and no Air made its way to the pump.I have since sent it back hoping either for repair, replacement or refund. I will keep this updated.

After enquiring with multiple air gun shops and dealers in Blr and other cities.... Either they didnt have the model I needed or they didnt respond well enough. I landed on kovi bazaar website. I did a bit of research on them and after a lot of apprehension, I placed my order for the Gamo. To my surprise, they were very responsive and reasonably priced compared to every other dealer I contacted. The manager Rashmi was very patient and answered all my questions. I finally placed the order through their website and the product was shipped the same day through shiprocket. I received timely updates on the delivery through shiprocket and in 3 days I received the product, which was well wrapped and in spic condition. I have placed multiple orders with them and highly recommend the store.

Bad experience ordering from kovibazaar. Order folding gun cover case but they delivered me full cover case. Do not order from this website. As they give consignment number wrong we cannot even track our products. I am never going to order from this site. Pathetic kovibazaar Cannot trust them anymore
