I think they just baked a half baked tea cake..... Uncooked dough

2star just because last time I brought donuts from here and they were so bad and hardI thought donuts are done with soft bread but in here its oppositeWaste of money

As I purchased from just bake Bangalore many a time, I hoped my native Justbake outlet would give the same service, but it was a disappointment, after ordering a cake of 1kg online for a takeaway, they demand 10rs for a knife, disgusting!!!!Staff was too rude at the counterJust to write a review I gave a single star(only for this outlet) no complaints about other outlets.

DISGUSTING.It was Christening ceremony of my son at Ocean Pearl Udupi.I paid advance + twice reminders 2 days before the function.The reply I got from Just Bake (agency owner at Udupi) I dont need reminders. I know my job very well.On the function day,Sorry Sir, I forgot to bake the cake.As a replacement they sent a cake. The font was very ugly.On the very event, the theme was BLUE & all was arranged in blue color except the cake.The Agency owner (lady) is busy in whatsapp when I was placing the order - NOT AT ALL SERIOUS WITH THE JOB.

Never buy puffs from here, it was not good and felt not fresh and undercooked.

Never buy donuts from this place they dont taste like donuts, so hard just a mould of some hard flour topped with chocolate cream.worst thing .

If you are looking for the best cakes in town, look no more. Just bake is the right place. They can give large range of flavours with various toppings on the cake . They even offer the customised cake for various special occasions like birthday celebration, anniversary celebration, get together. The best thing... Its very much within the economic range! Cakes are good, nothing great. Service is pathetic. Staffs including the owner behave very rudely, behaves as if customers have come there seeking for alms. Only cake shop which charges you Rs.10 for the plastic knife and Rs.40 for Number candle (available at Rs.10 in other places). Never again. (Forced to give single Star as there is no option for submitting without Star)

Just came out of the store frustrated with their service. Asked for a light colour 🍰 cake. It had a small nick on the icing, due to their handling. When asked to correct it, the person put dark brown chocolate paste on it and gave me. I rejected the cake.Ive been here before, Cakes are good but todays service bad.Manager, take note.

Wouldnt recommend this outlet to anyone. Terribly rude staff/ owner.Cakes are decent but that is just the Just Bake brand.

Worst service... They allow the online booking.. call and say that its in non delivery region.After going to shop.. we have to wait for 20-30 mins becuase the representative doesnt know the order..she shouts back saying to wait. Even though we have come in the slotted time.Worst service.Dont get fooled by paying online.

Great place to buy cakes. They wont give carry bags, so it is recommended to take carry bags if you are going there by public transport service.

Horrible service! Yesterday we got black forest cake for new year celebrations. The cake was tasting sour as it was two or three days old. When we requested replacement they didnt do it. Shamless and unprofessional people. Please avoid if possible.
