Cars are well maintained. And they do a complete wash after the car is returned. So each taken car will be fresh. All dealings are transparent. Rates are also good.

Two points for being courteous enough to get my car three hours after time on the same day. Wont call you regarding the problems with the cars and also the problems you do tell, they wont even check it unless there is something else in the car needing replacement and making them money. This after telling them at least a few times regarding the problem.Had heard very good reviews. A total disappointment.

Best place to get your car serviced

We took Etios Liva for 24 hrs (1pm) but he insisted to return it by 9am next day. We had arranged and agreed to return vehicle in Manipal(Tiger Circle) . He took deposit of 3000 rs. After calling him in morning he said he is in Udupi and can’t collect the car which was totally breach of service terms.We reached by 12 ( one hour before specified 24 hours ) and we were charged 3 hours extra even when we were there at tiger circle with the car at 9 am. We didn’t use the specified distance( 50kms less) we were at tiger circle on time . Still because the deposit was there we were charged 400 rs extra despite him not receiving the car at specified time and not giving us the distance rebate ( if not used the specified distance )of rs. 100.( besides original driving licences were kept for all the people traveling with me and not any other Id , one might need it while driving and one is enough I guess . I will say very strange at least of his part )
