Purchased a flat from John Constructions in Udupi and the experience was so straightforward and hassle-free that subsequently we got a family owned bungalow also renovated and decorated through them. Mr Nikhil John is a thorough gentleman - he was very patient with us and went out of his way to accommodate our requirements for the bungalow interior. High quality fitments used in both the flat and the bungalow, without any compromise on quality. Bungalows interior and exterior work was completed on-time, with a very transparent billing. Would gladly recommend!

The quality of construction is really good with the best amenities provided . The pre and post purchase service is also very good and with quick responsiveness to any query (before/after). Easy accessibility to all essential services. Overall experience with the firm has been highly satisfactory and a pleasant one. Best place to go if you are looking for a place with good value and high quality.
