Very worst service centre. Cheating very well. Please dont prefer. Have given my dell laptop to check the battery and keyboard by Monday since both are not working.. He said he will check and call within 2 hours, will change the component after a discussion with us. Didnt get call till Thursday. He called Friday and said there is a problem in circuit and its fixed. But battery wont work since its dead. And charged 1700 rs.. I asked a photo or proof for the circuit issue. He said there is no photo. Finally paid 1600 to get my laptop back. If you want your money/ laptop then please wont prefer RM systems. Be careful.
