Worst Hospitality.and Worst Behaviour of the Employees.Once you have paid the whole amount and pickup the car, showroom authorities dont even receive your calls, and wont reply your Msgs.It seems they feel fun in bothering the customers.it has been a very bad experience buying a car from Shekhawati. Even after paying full money, neither got the vehicle registered on time nor the cars no. plate given. Very poor service.not even in Udaipur showroom. In main office also same things no one replying.
I never ever seen this type of poor service show room. This people is just paying with customers,. Always giving wrong commitment.Almost 2 months complete, still I did not receive RC registration no and all accessories.All staff has been change. No one is answering the call. I have paid full amount even facing this issue.My wife is having cancer, for treatment purpose we buy this car, bcz I have to travel another state and due to RTO issue we are facing lots of issue.The owner of this show room not responding call even staff also
Poor service. Please do not visit this show room. If you want to save your money and time. I have purchased car before 2 month still not received RTO not and car paper. No one responding the call and reply our query.

For me, Sekhawati enterprises dont have good image because i am struggling a lot to get my new nexon car even after more than 04 months of booking. Shri Sarad Mathur, GM/Sales always did wrong commitment that car will be billed with in 01-02 days but 15 days completed today of false commitment and desperation. Customer care also not supports on desirable level. Tata Regional manager shri Nitin Gogia also told me that he is helpless and can not do anything because there are some issues with the dealer. He agreed to provide vehicle from another showroom i. e Chambal motors Udaipur but i have to pay increased price since booking. I dont understand why to bear extra amount of around 20000 and pay for another faults. Now approaching to district consumer forum.

After seen lots of complaints yes its true they are fraud ! i bought nexon xm too in dec 2020 they provide me NUMBER and RC of vehicle at march 2021 after lot of struggle and mail to Regional manager rajasthan too after that they provide me num and rc ! TSM and GM not attend ur call also !Seat cover not provide as they promise before ! matting quality worst ! and overall bad experience !and today 02-06-2021 still i didint received hard copy of RC ! 7 months almost complete ..thanks TATA

Frauds. Phones switched off after receiving money. No trace of dealer. Tata motors not delivering car, dealer not returning money. What should a customer do in pandemic without a car with family.

I have purchased Tata Altroz on 25th Nov. 2020 from here but RTO registration is still pending. Now they are not replying my call. Pathetic response.I am really much disappointed. I got 26000/-loss last month as I was unable to do my tour claim from my company due to unavailable RC copy or vehicle no. Hope this month also i will get big loss due to such pathetic response.Im gonna complaint to tata motors also about the same. Worst service they provide. I will never suggests anyone to buy car from shekhawati motors.
I really disappointed with after sale sevice I was brougt car in november 2020 and they send registration for rto in Jan 2021. Very very bad service. Compared with at least chandra motor registered my other car in 5days after delivery taken. Very bad sevice by shekhawati motors. My plan to buy Nexon form here but not from here will choose other one but not from shekhawati motors.

Worst experience ever. Although my car is good, this dealership could be the worst thing that could have happened. They dont do anything at all on time. Starting from car delivery to rto work, these guys delayed everything. I would recommend to buy from some other dealership in Udaipur.
I visited here for my bolt service, No hospitality at all... Leave tea or coffee I was not offered even drinking water. However I am little bit satisfied with service time and quality.
There is no car(nexon) available for test drive, waste of time to visit there , Marketing officials are not able to answering the questions.

I went to this showroom on 28th Nov 2020 and i was utterly shocked seeing that no one inside the showroom was wearing a mask. We roamed around for 15-20mins in the empty showroom which had all of 2 cars but no one bothered to assist us. There was no one on the floor apart from a receptionist who didnt even ask us what we were looking for. Finally when we went and asked him, he reluctantly called a sales person. When I asked the sales person why she wasnt wearing a mask, she said she was just wearing one before she came and met us (what!? Apparently masks are supposed to be worn at home not in public) she finally told us some information about the car and shared some price ranges with us.And spent the rest of the 30 mins pitching the Nexa showroom and how we should go there.Clearly she get more commission from Maruti than Tata. Because of this experience, i have decided to not go ahead with a Tata car.

Not exactly their customer but a review of the staff they have. I had a damaged footrest of mg hector and wanted to get it fixed urgently. Because it was Sunday,the mg showroom couldnt do it. Tata motors not only removed it,they were extremely polite and helpful. They removed it and even cleaned it. Did not take a single penny.
Got my Tata Hexa serviced. Staff is very polite.

Pathetic experience! 0 sales support and I guess the employees arent trained as they do no even know which docs are needed for the registration of a vehicle. They will stop picking up your calls once they deliver the vehicle, and your vehicle number is your responsibilty even when they take agency charges. I wish I had negative rating to give here
Very bad experience, I waited three hours for servicing my car, but service was not done after waiting so much time as there was misunderstanding with sales and service, I was told when purchased last year that free service for one year and Amc for three year included, service center said three four thousand will be charges for third service, but I was told everything was free of charges, as I have already paid to sales team when purchased,Very bad experience

The worst experience of all time. I bought a Tata Nexon 3 months ago from shekhawati Tata Motors, Madri Industrial Area, Udaipur. 90 days gone by and they could not deliver RC and number plate till now. The manager Avdhesh whose words we believed in is so shameless and disrespectful. When you ask him about solutions to the issues and company failing to deliver the promised services, accessories, papers and insurance of car etc, all he does not take his job seriously . He instead laughs and begins to talk about irrelevant things which are not related to this issue. When I asked them the reason for delaying so much, they said the company forgot to pay the taxes and things. I have been calling them for days now. On Saturday he said they will let me know on Monday and finally today the manager says that my documents are uploaded in the vahan portal and the portal is not working. First he said in 15 20 days the portal will work and then I will get my RC. I asked him a simple question, so from last 3 months they have not delivered 1 RC to any customer and still have 4.5 rating on the website. Ratings are fake for sure. Later the manger said in 2 days the portal will work it seems. Customer service is even worse, I had raised a complain and till today they didnt call back even once. First the company delayed car delivery by 13 days and more. Didnt give the promised accessories, I had to take my car without insurance paper because of their unprofessional dealings. Tried to sell us a very stupid loan scheme with half information and when we said no and found us a better scheme, the manager started doing these things. Firstly it takes a lot to for families to invest in such things ..and even after so much planning if the service is not as promised it gets frustrating. Some things can be ignored but not when false information is provided especially about finance related such as a loan. They say customer service is everything but certainly not for this company. I would have rather purchased a second hand vehicle if I had know this is going to cause me so much hindrance. Worst service ever.
