SBI is the worst branch ever with very very rude employes, i needed to exchange one of the note, i went to two braches of it, chetak and hathipol. Fisrt i went to chetak one and then hathipol. They all kept me telling to go to next counter and finaly the lady argued with me about it. I gave them the 2000 rs note and asked them to do whatever they wanted to fo with it coz clearly it was not of my use if they didnt change it. They didnt even care about me being so tierd n hurt of all the incident. I know they still wont be affected but customers should know what kind of branch they want to get into if they need some help. Definatly not SBI.
