The worst experience ever. First, the person concerned at the desk worked at ants pace. He took 20minutes just to do the paper formality. In between he kept using abusive language while talking to customers on the phone. After that he showed me my parcel(14bags of 500kg) and told me to take it myself despite the fact that they charged 50 rs for it. I asked him how could I carry it myself, then he told me to pay some labour working there to load my goods into the car. After loading I paid another 50rs to the labor who threatened me that if I dont pay 100rs then he will take back out the parcel from my car.Way to go.

THE LOCATION GIVEN IN THIS IS WRONG. THE VRL HAS BEEN SHIFTED FROM THIS PLACE A YEAR AGO. NOW ITS A AMAZON GODOWN. PLEASE DONT GO ON ABOVE ADDRESS IN SEARCH OF VRL.

Though the delivery service is fairly good, but the response to queries on phone is very poor. On phone they claim that they dont have vehicles for door delivery which is not true. I made my own arrangements for door delivery and got my own goods carrier at a reasonable price, else I suspect they would have fleeced me just to transfer goods from their godown to my door step.
