The lake has a great sunset view in the evening. It is a paradise for the photographers and you can see all of them there. Though, lake can be visited from many sides. There are restaurants available near the lake sides offering food and beverage. Other facilities like boat rides etc are also available.

Worth to visit this place very well. Environment is Very photogenic.

Little bit crowded place. Construction work going all around the place. Reaching there was quite a thing in the month of February 2021. Nice view of pichola lake though !!

Good place to visit but I prefer fateh sagar lake over pichola.But worth to visit - even it just below at karni mata temple so you can cover two place in one visit.

Overcrowded, would suggest taking the taking the rope way for an Ariel view of the sunset on the lake

Get here an hour before sunset (at least). The wait for the cable car to go up can be long.Coming down too for that matter. Waited almost an hour to get a ride down.Once on top view was nice.

Come earlier as the traffic increases at the time of sunset

Best sunset Point, but heavy crowd and no space to stand and watch it.so better go early.1-1.5 km climbing distance to reach the spot.Dont plan for Saturday / Sunday.Nice,fresh,economical Corns( Bhutta), maggi,icecreams etc. No monkeys.Winter- sunset at sharp 6pm.
