Like I selected a time of pickup 7Am-1Pm but on the selected time it will not get picked it up they will pick it up on the next day. And there are no contact no of the Santosh Nagar branch where the pickup team work so a person would talk and get the solution or get the answer what time it will get up picked

A fraud service where customer dont get any details from their side regarding when order will be delivered. They just simply give you a tracking ID and no parcel is delivered. In my case, the parcel was returned without any notification. They have very bad slow service in udaipur. They didnvt informed me that my order is arrived or not and without notifying me they returned my order so i have to go to their ware house which is at another place and that was not showing in map.
