I have been to ggn paras and the facilities, staff and service is just pathetic. I was in paras udaipur for more than 5 days. 8 was in ICU 2 days and I must say the staff is so amazing. So helpful and supportive. I really wanna thanks personally my attendant Mr. Jayesh. He is so humble and kind. He is so supportive. I am so grateful that I have recovered now and thanks to the team paras and definitely jayesh Patel.

Doctors are good, but management is pathetic. Long queues on billing counter, no sitting arrangement, behave like govt. hospital, the XRay billing you have to again get it done outside. No sitting outside orthopedic, hardly 2 seat, dont have that much common sense how will someone injured will stand till his turn come. The guards outside are private agencies, which dont know which doctor, which room, standing there for just formality, checking temperature. The floor incharges are busy gossiping, and dont care about emergencies and long queues.

Went there for covid vaccination. These guys are taking the highest amount for the vaccine but it took me 1.5 hours to complete the payment there. They did not have separate queues for vaccine takers. Even in the vaccine room, there were no chairs for people to sit. Utter waste of money going to this hospital

Worst service experience. Even government hospitals have better facilities. Had to wait 20mins because there was no one on the billing counter. And then I had to wait for 30mins again because there was no one available to vaccinate.They charge 780 for the vaccine which includes 150 as the service charge and the quality of service is not even comparable to free services provided by the government hospitals.Seriously, the worst hospital experience I ever had in my life.
