The salesman here dont follow covid guidelines which is to maintain distance. I went with my friend couple of times & each time the guy was hardly 2 cm away from us & when I told him to move aside he started arguing there is no covid. Apart from that they are least bothered in showing you any variety, forget about suggestion, they dont even care whether you buy from their shop or not, they are least bothered

Submission is thatStore gave us sub standard product and expired product with new label (perhaps some body left for a vocher of rs 1700)Store gave us bill on thermopaper (bill attached ) where the impressions disappeared within a month and we could hardly chek the date .I could hardly understand why one should keep a bill for a purchase from BataThe logic of giving rs 1700 voucher in place of rs 2299 shoes could anybody hardly undrestandThe staff and Manager misbehaved and on shouting only they cooperated and listened and gave us back the delivery of our shoes Before this they were pushing out of storeIt is by this notice I bring your attention to immediately replace the shoes of the same make or pay our money back else consumer court proceeding will disturb the brand image of company ,time and money that will be much higher than the cost of shoesAnticipating positive response
