The owner is very rude and arrogant. He charged more than double price mentioned on his chart. He charged me 200 Rupees for a 90 Rs. courier as per the rate chart. PFA the receipt. Very very disappointed by the DTDC to hire such an ill mannered unprofessional . I urge the head of DTDC to take action against him and put a check on the prices he charges. He is robbing DTDC of it market reputation along with financial thrifting and customers of the right. service.

Worst courier service in Udaipur. Their tele caller staff never pick up call . If by chance they will pick up your call they will ask you to call after half an hour instead of listening customer query. Poor staff management in Udaipur (Raj) Bhupalpura Branch.
