Very bad service post a document since 15 sep received in Udaipur at 20 sep but still document not send to the address and plz update the correct contact number .

Large Post office. Here are many facility available. Lot of Parking space Here.Washroom, Drinking Water available Here. But staff behaviour is very Bad. Too much Lazy staff Here. Only work on His/her mobile. You need improve your behaviour. Post office should take action these type of Staff. Mobile should not allow for working hours for staff. Post office Departement should arrange electricity generator when Light not available. because During this time Customer are very irritated.Small temple Here. For Business use Here are Bulk Parcel Booking Center also back of the post office. Post Office Departement should work on Cleaness. ATM facility also available here.

I have been calling them since 6days . None receives the call. They hold my delivery since 4days. I have been tracking my delivery it was out for delivery 4 days back and deposited being 4-5kms apart they are not able to deliver to the location.Please try to be efficient and humble. Worst . Hope they dont return back without returning and better give good reason for the same.

Very bad service,no one is there to listen grievances, they dont go to destination and write the remarks such as door was locked adress is wrong et setra.Head postmaster must be responsible for all that.They are charging a due fees for it, and also gaining handsome salaries for doing their jobs.On that they harras the public after charging stamps for their parcels.It is very wrong and regretting practice from their part.

There is Only a single Window for Speed postAnd No. Of Persons Here standing in que from 1 to 2 Hrs. On regular base....So Plz Need to Open One More window for Speed Post...There is no special Window for Sr. Citizen and womens.They also suffer lot....Hope You will improve the services....

Too busy, India Post should improve the quality of service and should be quick.

They dont response to the calls. Also they claimed that door was locked for a delivery without actually coming to the address, they even dint called on the no. given on the delivery item.
