Absolutely clueless people . ..Charged me 9k for -1) lenovo- space-bar was missing , now the entire keyboard they put in place doesnt work .2) Song Vaio - functional laptop I had given , replaced Harddrive , keyboard and operating system , now none of the apps that worked earlier work ...Went for 64 bit windows to 32 bit windows ...Doesnt connect to bluetooth speakers , kid is unable to attend google classroom as audio input no longer works. ..Wouldnt advise anyone to go for laptop repair .Dont take it lightly .
