Recently multinet has improved their service a lot, now their customer and technical support is impeccable, giganet is reliable and fast too (may need a fast router in some case to get good speed )

Worst internet experience ever. First they took 12000 for 1 year (30 mbps) in advance and the whole year was a disaster for me. I had to call them 100+ times in that year for various issues like speed problem,ping problem, internet down, and so on. Sometimes internet went down without any prior notice for whole day. Some of the workers were very rude in talking. Its was my bad that I read some dumb blog where they ranked it as number one internet provider in Udaipur and took this worst plan. I realized my mistake and switch to jio fiber with monthly plans, charge is half and more speed. No problems like above. Never pay any internet service provider in advance for a year !! I said never!!For multinet : If you are charging so much money atleast provide a good internet service for the Gods sake.

Service is really good they installed in 5 hour whole connection and i choose 50 mbps plan and im getting speed around 45-48 which is really good i wil suggest their fiber to everyone

Because of covid I am working from home internet doesnt work, it just buffers and then says no internet, their speed is very poor. Not recommended at all.. worst customer support and after service. These people dont deserve 1 star also. They are fraud basically. There installation service is poor, after service is miserable.They are not at all responsive, Better go for Jio or Airtel.Atleast theyll listen your complain and be Professional.

The pace was good in the initial times but has been running very slowly for the last 2 month, and I have filed a complaint online 3 times in a month. After 10 minutes of complaining, the message comes that your complaint has been rectified and closed.

From past 2-3 months i am facing the issue of slow internet, it almost reaches to 0 MPBS.Your plan is of 40 MBPS but generally the speed is below 30 MBPS. So please lookout on this issue.

Earlier the quality was good but since three months the speed is worst. I have the 40 mbps plan but currently i am getting 2mbps speed and some time rarely i get 12mbps highest speed.

The internet was not working when the complaint was made and you are writing after an hour that it is working perfectly.

Hi,Its been 15 days Im sending emails to multinet and not getting any reply.The connection is unstable and my official meetings are getting disconnected again and again (sent screenshots to the email addresses [email protected] [email protected]). Trusting you I bought the connection for 14 months and paid full amount.Im not satisfied with the network so far and getting frustrated day by day. We are 2 members using this connection and we both are not able to work properly as it gets disconnected abruptly.Speed drop, no network, fluctuations in speed are common things on daily basis.Would be great if you can contact me and discuss the same.[Update] 22nd Sep: Completed 1.5 month with complaints and instability in network. 12.5 months left. 10620 rs. already paid for 30 mbps. 760 rs per month for 30 mbps with issues.

Slow service or not respons phone to service provider

WORSTDont go for multinetit was good but now the worst I. There is always someone with network till weeks no network would have been something else with slow net but no internet. No response from the company after complaing many times and calling them hundreds of time no response. Suffering from this past 6 months thought they will fix but no go for jio bsnl or anything but not MULTINET

Multinet was good but now its worst. They themselves disabling the static ip and then we need 2 raise new complain for it that it takes 2 days time 2 give new ip. Even after new ip i am getting speed of 2 mbps for 40 mbps plan. I have 2 change my connection to some other vendor. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

We had requested for installation on 24th June, 2020. The pack mentioned 10-12 days for installation. It has been 17 days now without installation. Moreover, they have stopped receiving calls on any of the contacts provided. If this is the quality of service even before the installation, cant imagine what will happen once they receive the money.

Even i am writing this review with my mobile data because wifi is not working again.Service: Complaint responses are very late like 1-2 days.Speed: Speed fluctuates each day.Staff: Sometimes rudeGaming: Will not recommend it for gaming. Very high pings and fluctuations in connection.Dont buy their yearly plans or you will pay the price of wasting the money on fluctuating speed and over-promised services. Try and test with a 1 month plan and after that also continue with monthly plans. Overall, i will not recommend it. There is no internet service provider that is providing better services in Udaipur.

Hello Udaipur,Strongly recommending dont go for multinet.Specially be careful while taking plan and check the bill, if it does include router and installation charges or not.Their higher management smartly plays game here. They will take cash from you which includes plan cost + router + installation charges and pays that amount to multinet without router cost by letting them know that customer hasnt bought router from us.Later in future, when you gonna have issue router you cant ask multinet to change while being in warranty because you dont have bill for that.And when you will reach out to engineer whoever installed it, he will talk you rudely.Total bluff or cheating by internal management I must say.

Worst Customer Service Ever. I mean any service provider is pretty active when you are a new customer. SO I raised new connection request and was asked that it will be installed in 10-12 days, its been 24days no connection. No response from the team, I just keep calling the and from last 10days i Have been getting response that it will be installed tomorrow. If you are in need of internet I would suggest Multinet as your last resort.

At Renewal time you people told me 100 mbps . Now Fluctuating the speed. not satisfied at all. you told me up to hundred MBPS speed . But its 2-3 mbps speed which is also fluctuating.Its disappointed. !!

We have taken connection for professional use. But the service they are giving is pathetic and worst. Since last one month we are trying to shift our connections from ground floor to second floor. But no body is responding.

Worst Internet Service provider. I switched to Fiber connection and after few days the speed automatically gets reduced. When you complain they will do some changes which would again increase the speed temporarily and it gets slow again within 3-4 days. I am sure when I post this review it is gonna take 10 minutes to upload if I use there connection. It is better to use mobile hotspot with 4G services. There motive is not to provide service, but to make money.

Worst internet solution to opt for. The customer service is non-responsive and arrogant, the quality itself is horrendous with fluctuating speed and mediocre service. Only thing they have going on for them is that they are the only providers in udaipur but with Jio fiver and Airtel coming in, I’d suggest you go with them rather than Multinet.

One of the worst internet service provider in Udaipur. Staff and owner is rude. Speed is slower than a 3g Network. They dont provide the speed what they say in the plan. When we argue with them, they say we said Upto and you will get this speed only and take months to issue the refund. So rude behaviour. They are just here to make money not provide services.Be Aware of them before you get a new connection.

My internet connection had an amazingly high uptime. Almost no downtime for one year when I had the connection. This internet service was exceptionally good.

The speed at which they close the complaint actual problem is not solved.They dont even bother to confirm from the user.This is contrary to their assurance wrt the minimum speed guaranteed.They should and are expected to behave in a professional manner.

It’s been just a day since I got my connection but services seems to be really really poor and extreme slow. Calling to person who sold you the connection will not be of any use. Upon calling the customer complain you will instantly receive a complain number and you will have to wait for mercy of service personnel. I will try to be patient for a month more and then shall take action.

Their sales rep says new connection will be installed in 8 to 10 working days. When I called them on the 8th day of the lead generation, they say it will be done on or before following 26 June, 2020 (I registered for a new connection on 16 June,2020).Since then, they have not called me back for any installation related info.I did called them again on the 10th day, to which I got a response that they will let me know in a while, and I have known enough now. If this is their response to a service request for a new connection, I wonder what they would do in their after sales service.The problems stated in low starred reviews are real people, beware!Update: June 29, 2020: A guy came with a team of 4 people. Asked about the location of my house, came to house, saw the area and drew a wire from their connection box on the main road to my house. He said that someone will come again, fix the wire with clips and install the router.Update: 1 July 2020: The same guy who drew the wire came with a machine to join the main black cable with fiber cable at my house. He did his work, connected the wires and left.Update: 2 July 2020: A guy, seemed to be technician, came for installing router. I have a gigabit router (FTTH) which I was using in Bangalore with Airtel xTream Fiber and then with ACT Fibernets 1GBPS line. Since it was a fiber ready modem, I asked their technician that will this router work? That guy without even looking at the router said no 😂. I insisted, he called someone at Multinet office to ask and said, Sir they have an ADSL router will it work? The other guy obviously said no because fiber works on FTTH and not ADSL. But, it was a question of their knowledge, rest is explained. Anyways, after doing his part, technician told us that the guy who joined the cable has not done his work properly and the connection was loose. So he left saying, Sir we will install the connection by today! and we were super delighted, because we knew that today was not the day. 🤦🏻‍♂️Update: 2 July 2020: Called them up and told them to please install the connection. They told me that, Sir we will send the whole team tomorrow morning, and it will be done! Again, not delighted at all.Update: 3 July 2020: No one came, no contact made as of now.Update: 10 July 2020: The guy who came to join wires showed up randomly. He said he has to check the connection for power problems which is causing issues in my internet. I told him that internet has not been installed yet, what problem are you looking for? 😂 Following this, that guy entered the house without informing, bring all the germs from outside. He left saying that someone will come tomorrow morning to install the internet! 😂Service date from lead time is 24 days as of now. They commit 8-10 working days. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️NOTE: While their team visits, no precautions were taken to maintain social distancing, hygiene and permissions.Update: 11 July 2020: After a lot of problems faced, I called up other ISP, they came after two hours, installed their own fiber and configured the router. Finally, fibernet was working at my house! 🥳Just after a few hours, multinet wale bhaiya called, said Sir I am here to install connection. I told him that he is too late! I already have a working internet connection, and told him to collect their fibercable from my house which I had kept folded!Poor Poorer Poorest Multinet!

Download speed is OK. But my main motive is gaming for this i need lower pings. But I get over 90 ms pings sometimes even cross 100 ms and so much packet loss happens. My friend has dsl land line broadband his pings are always below 85ms with 0% packet loss and I have fiber connection and my pings are always over 90 ms in wired lan .I am not satisfied with the service. Game name apex legends. If people thinks broadband is all about speed then I said no, with speed they will have to provide better latency and pings

Speed is fluctuating like hell, they cannot provide stable speed and not even resolve it.

We were facing a lot of issues again and again with the connection and people came multiple times to fix it but couldn’t solve the problem permanently then today Bhagwati Ji came as another service person to fix the issue. He thoroughly examined the problem and solved it properly explaining me the issue as well. Thank you sir
