If the item you purchase from them and it wont work for you they will not take it back. I went to purchase a Samsung Printer ML1710 original Toner to microsolution infoshop, but they did not have original toner so they suggested me to purchase a same duplicate toner for my printer. i purchased it and they said to me that if toner will not work, bring back to us we will take it. After that i started to use that toner in my printer but it was not compatible for my printer and it is not able to properly adjust in printer. I went again to mircosolution infoshop to return this duplicate product but they refused to take it back. and now they are not even picking up my phone calls. I do not want to happen this thing to any one what they have done to me. Just ignore microsolution infoshop to purchase any computer related hardware or any thing. Purchase online, Atleast they provide us a 30days replacement and repair service.
