All chairs are of good quality but price is a little costly

POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. I had to call the dealer for 4 days straight to get my chair repair and yet every time I was promised the repair tomorrow. If after sales service matters to you, better go to a different company.

Good Chairs but VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. Once they sell you their chair, you will have to call them again and again for days if there are any repairs that are to be made.
