I stayed in Udaipur for 7 days and tried several cafes where the coffee was at best average. The coffee drinks from Cafe La Comida are excellent. Both the food and drinks options are fairly large for a cafe, but the food display rarely has more than a few choices. I had a brownie one time. The server put chocolate syrup on it. Personally I don’t like things that are too sweet, but otherwise the brownie tasted nice.I would agree with many reviewers in saying that Cafe La Comida serves the best coffee in Udaipur.

Great place to eat any meal of the day. Great coffee. A must place to experience. Shiva was very good.

Best cafe that we visited( twice!!)while staying at gangaur ghat.. Quaint place with good ambience. Loved every item that we ordered... veg pizza, maggi with white sauce(must try for maggi lover), French toast, honey lemon ginger tea.. A must visit!

Wow this place is incredible!Came here every day for the 7 days I was in Udaipur. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is incredible. We loved the breakfast and their French toast is one of the best I’ve tasted anywhere in the world!Also you have got to try their ginger, lemon, honey tea! I think I drank about 3 a day here.

The food and service were exceptional! The omelette was probably one of the best I’ve had while traveling through India. The iced coffees were delicious! The cafe is cozy and warm, perfect for reading a book after a big breakfast! Have been there for 2 days in a row for breakfast & Will return tomorrow! Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE this Cafe! My friend and I were in Udaipur for a week and ended up coming to La Comida every day for breakfast and sometimes even lunch because it was so good. The french toast(140), lemon-honey-ginger tea(60), and coffee (cappachino 120) here are FANTASTIC! If you are looking for a nice breakfast/lunch place or coffee shop to relax in, La Comida is the place to go! Thank you to the owners for being so kind and welcoming to us. -young US traveler

Very pleasant place to have good coffee and relax in Udaipur, with AC and comfortable seating. The staff if very friendly and the homemade brownie is excellent :) Its also surprisingly cheap considering the high quality.Its at street level so its not super quiet, but its the best I have found in Udaipur.

All kind of sandwich, burger, pizza, Maggie, tea, coffee available between 50 to 250 rupees price range. Quantity and quality is superb. Clean and lavish. Lovely staff.

I havent seen a worst host in my entire life. My friends and I had purchased bottles of water from this cafe and were casually sitting and clicking photos of ourselves. Meanwhile the guy at the counter shouts so rudely on us in front of the other guests saying that we have to purchase drinks in order to click photo. This was something clearly not acceptable.

Great coffee and tea and awesome and helpful staff! Great conversation for tourists and people who are new to town.

Cafe Comida is a peaceful haven in Udaipur with excellent coffee and the best lassis. The Proprietor is smiley and very welcoming.

Pleasant little café located at the top of the hill in the historic center of the city.Well managed by nice, kind and professional guys, both inside and in the small terrace, you can enjoy excellent breakfasts and the coffee is of quality; the quality / price ratio is widely respected.Worth a stop.
