Location is just opposite to lok kala mandal.The girl at counter talks like she owns the bank. Service is not good anyways, a small task has been pending for months and I am visiting branches with no progress.

Worst banking staff which work with ZERO customer satisfaction policy....The girl sits at the front desk counter has completely Zero knowledge about the banking...Worst RM services ever seen..!!!

Everytime I went in to change my details or rectify an issue, staff never fixes the problem but only focuses in selling insurance. Low sale tactics, theyre very persistent even when I said no repeatedly.
