A month ago I went to this branch with my brother as I cant walk easily after my accident, my account was freeze due to KYC and I had to get update my bank kyc, I waited there like half hour and was struggling to get upstate my KYC, those executive at help desk wasnt much helpful and were giving me lot of excuses to get updates my KYC, some work related Ms. Puneet (branch manager) came out to talk executive and she heard this query, after that she talked to help desk executive to support me, after her words to executive they took my signature and kyc. After almost 40 minutes I got solution with of branch manager ms Puneet. These 5 stars are not for branch executive but yes for branch manager ms Puneet
Worst banking services. I am working with a reputed company which has their employees salary accounts with Kotak bank. Salaries were transfer by company on 6th of each month which has been not even credited same day or next day. It took more than 3 days to reflect in employees account. ICICI bank has best services, as companys previously had their employees account with them. Due to improper and slow services of Kotak bank, we employees has to suffer more without salary. We employees had decided to close our accounts with this bank and will join again ICICI bank.One more thing i have to share with you, that at the time of account opening the bank manager had forcibly requested to rate Kotak bank 10 on the link sent on our registered mobile no. We unknowingly and upon request of our company HR, had given 10 rating to Kotak bank. But now we are realizing that how worst is the service of Kotak bank.

Worst experience of banking services.When you apply for opening a new account they will call you multiple times in a day but after that if you will face some problem,they just stopped to attend your calls.Its more than a month,still my account does not converted into so called EDGE account.Its more than 2 months that I did not received cheque book.Please make sure to note down their branch manager number before leaving bank for the first time as it would be useful to show your frustration. Do not trust over good/familiar behavior of Sales person (Mr. Bhavesh). Soon will going to lodge a complaint in customer care and will close my account.Thanks Kotak (Madhuban Branch) for giving a worst experience.Its better to get less interest rate in other banks than to open account in your branch.
