Almost everything is available there which can be used in day to day life alongwith parchoni item.Well arranged Store.Parking is in basement but with no lift to directly enter into Big Bazaar or to the main gate.Sometimes when you go there you found discount on some but when you really need that product there is no discount.The main problem is payment counter you have to wait too long to pay.

We have purchased ₹1299 dress and there is no carry bag for it... Even they charge ₹20 for a cheap cloth carry bag.... Worst service.... I dont like.....

Ordered products from the big bazaar app.. after the payment has been made and at the time of checkout staff says that some of the products are not available and wont be able to deliver it..... Also the store asks for preferred time of delivery but the delivery never came on time rather is alwasy late by more than 5 hours... tried calling the store as well but the number given is either unavailable or doesnt ring at all.. this type of service given by such a big store is unacceptable... if not, atleast dont mention the preferred time of delivery if it cannot be done on time..

The staff dont know how to arrange the shirt and paint. She just roll over all of the items I have purchased.I will neither go there nor I suggest.Gave 1 star as there is no option to give a zero star

There is a girl named Manisha at the counter who is extremely rude & doesnt know how to talk to customers professionally. Apart from that they have no proper stock of grociers & many popular brand items are missing from their stock.

Firstly you go there .. and start looking for parking.. the time you get to park your vehicle.. its already time for store to close.Secondly you wont find the product and you wont find anyone who will guide you to your required product locationafter observing the situation multiple times i stopped going there now. and opted for other store

I visited here , very less options in utensils , lift was out of order . Utensils are put on fifth floor , i went by staring no one there to attend. The customer care unit is very unprofessional , when i tried to tell about these 2 things - lift is out of order and very less utensils options, they were busy on messaging on mobile. No assurance of improvement.
