Very small building, and people are like rivals to their neighbours.No open space for kids to play, purpose of maintenance charges not justified.

It is residential area only, nice flats

Silver place apartment> 10-12 floors> parking area available> two security guards (24×7)> no garden here> every little function like birthday and every big festival celebrated by families of all apartments togetherThey all living like family> situated in front of ANU shree vatika cum garden> affordable place to liveIts not gonna break the bank> 6/10 rating in case of value for money.
