Worst ever car rental service. Big time fraud. Their pick up and drop off points are far away from central locations, and typically inaccessible by public transport. If the customer is unable to park the car at that place, they levy obnoxious penalties. Worse, they keep harassing you. Do not opt for it. For one day, they sent a bill of Rs. 9900!! Drivezy is any day much better.

Cars are in ok condition not good. The place doesnt sport any zoomcar board or sign. Only after entering the parking lot you may be able to recognize the place by seeing other zoomcars. Staff is courteous.

It is a good service, rates could be better and more information about with fuel, without fuel options should be provided before a booking is made.

Very ridiculous car rental service. Excutives behaviour was very rude at the time of drop off. They just try to loot money for no reasons. Very bad behaviour of excutives they have no sense to talk . They try to charge you irrelavent charges.
