I attended two classes and it was a pleasant experience. I would say that it’s rather for advanced rather than the beginner since you need to get into the fast flow of Prakash’s practice. It’s fun and definitely different from all practices I attended in the past. Highly recommend to try :)

Charismatic yogi. However I participated in 1 of his morning sessions and on basis of that would not recommend as a teacher, specifically not for beginners. He goes through a routine in quick pace and gives almost no explanation. I felt like it was more of a show. He had people do headstand in first class, I think this is the type of yoga class that could lead to injuries. If you are already experienced and know what you are doing, then this might be an interesting experience for you.

Nice yoga class but needs a basic yoga experience before attempting his class. The classes are 8 to 9 in morning. Fees is in form of donation ( minimum 200 ). After a weeks classes I feel energetic. One must definitely try his class. The teacher is very experiencedThe asanas are same everyday because everyday there are new students.

Avoid at all cost! How this fella here received a five-star rating is absolutely beyond understanding. Do not attend this “class” if you’re new to yoga (or experienced). This man demonstrates zero concern for your safety. With cues like “left, change, right, change, here and here and here” every 2 seconds, you’d be putting yourself at serious risk of injury - in proper yoga classes, you would be instructed on how to enter into and get out of a pose correctly. Just because this man is flexible enough to drop onto his knees and force a backbend doesn’t mean he is qualified to teach yoga - he is just bendy. Period. His take on “Omm” as a closing chant was nothing short of gibberish “Omm zazazazaza”. 100% self-created. Yogic mantras never sounded so strange. As if it’s not a joke already, he ended the class with a hysterical series of random loud laughs - perhaps to confirm that this is all a joke, and it’s on you. You have been warned.

We spent a great few mornings doing yoga at Prakashs. He runs classes by donation (min 200rs as at Mar 2018 - very reasonable!). I found the classes challenging and stimulating. However, I would hesitate to recommend this to total yoga newbies as his directions arent super clear and there isnt much focus on how to correctly do positions. No need to bring a yoga mat - there are already mats laid out. The centre also opens 30mins before classes so you can go early to warm up!

We are complete yoga beginners but didn’t matter at all in this session. Prakash went through a solid routine which was tough but felt so good after. We’re gonna have to train abit to get to his level :) !!!

Worst yoga class ever!! I left after 20min because i didnt like the way prakash is teaching. He is doing his thing and the others just have to do the same. Instructions are not given not even to those who said that theyve never practised yoga before. All he sais is staff like leg front or go down, back, leg up and things like this. I think that this kind of yoga classes are those that may lead to injuries.
