A good place to chill out with family. Nice property with well maintained garden. Ample space for playing with kids. Large swimming pool. Decent restaurant and tasty food. The chef was personally taking feedback and almost all dishes had authentic taste.Spa facility needs improvement. Should improve on maintaining covid protocols.

The resort is at a super quiet neighborhood, and as its a big resort outside noises arent there, the surroundings and the grounds of the hotel are splendid and maintained well and facilities are up to the mark.The rooms though are a different matter, we were in a superior room and the rooms need a major reboot and immediately, the sink in the washroom was broken and cracked, the door handle was not working, the button kept falling off, the flooring was cracked and had raised at a few places. The power key was always on and the refrigerator wasnt working when we checked in, the staff is very helpful though, and are ready to serve you at moments notice. The swimming pool was clean the 1st 2 days and then the water turned green on the 3rd day. I guess they had a malfunction with their cleaning plant.The food at the restaurant is very good, we had the breakfast every day and it was amazing and the variety was good and tasty with food ranging from continental to Indian. The restaurant attendant Manohar Singh and Vinod are very attentive and are taken really good care of you.Overall a good stay but the rooms need to match the grandeur of the hotel.The pool and the grounds are amazing to relax and walk and spend time in. the grounds are well kept and maintained.

Faced unexpected issues the day we checked in like stinky washroom due to drainage water ,AC not cooling properly. Day staff was good, They shifted us to Villa next day, But that was also an average room. My limited & precious time was killed. Staff specially housekeeping and service manager at check out was very pathetic.They charged Rs 300 due to some stain in old towel and again killed my time and self respect. Only restaurant staff was good. Looking into the overall experience, Strongly recommend not to stay here.

I had a terrible experience especially on the arrival day. They took more than 2 hours to repair the TV and kept blaming the weather for the dish not working however the weather was absolutely clear. We had to suggest them to change the set top box.We ordered tea and the kettle arrived with a big insect on it.Their in room menu had an entire alcohol menu but when we ordered they said they dont have liquor license, when we complained about it they said they can arrange for liquor from outside. At 10:30 pm someone came to our room and asked for extra money to get the liquor. Moreover the person didnt even belong to the hotel. Some random stranger was at my door at night.The management was just not interested about our complain. This resort used to be beautiful some years back when i came hence decided to come again. It was a huge mistake. The quality has deteriorated drastically. Wont ever go back again.

This resort is well spread and very beautiful, located in a relatively open location. The resort is well maintained and the staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet offered was super yum and their masala cheese omelette is a must try!

Well if you need to stay in a resort than I would suggest other properties. Justaa is fine but it simply lacks the feel specially because of its location. And to be honest it isnt a resort at all, its a nice hotel.Hotel is fine but the location is very bad, its located in some urbanized of slum. Just outside the main gate youll see loads of garbage. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

The resort looks nice from outside as the property has nice gardens and good royal infrastructure. However, the superior rooms we booked were not at all justified for a 4 star resort as the furniture is old and the bathroom is the worst part of it. The toilet was not cleaned at the time of check-in, the flush button was falling apart, the shower was filthy and not at all working. Every time we need hot water in the bathroom, we need to call reception to tell them to start the hot water supply no matter whether in morning or in evening. The pool water is so much cloudy that the floor of it is not visible. The breakfast was just fine as they service is super slow in refilling the buffet counters. Overall I dont think it should be named as a resort because there is no activities. It can be considered a good 2 start hotel instead of a resort. Dont get lured by the looks of thr reception area. The actual rooms are not at all of similiar quality.

Good place for a quick vacation

A spacious Resort with spacious rooms. Restaurant serves delicious food with wide range in breakfast.Staff is courteous and well mannered.Location is little bit away from site seeing places and there are no views from lobby.There are frequent large functions like marriage & gathering at the resort. In that case, the staff gives more attention to them.Overall we enjoyed the stay and Resort is recommended.

I would have given 3 stars but I had a traumatic experience.The rooms in the hotel do not have automatic lock. Its like house doors, you need to lock. But being in a hotel, I get the notion and forget to lock. Second day of my stay twice a man entered my room without my permission and ran. Once while i was doing makeup and once when i was taking a nap. I did not havey glasses so could not find who it was. First time the person ran away. Second time when i went outaide the door to confront, he said sorry sorry and ran away. I was in sleep and not in glasses and to be honest scared so could not react. But was traumatized. I feel like slapping the guy like the Lucknow girl case.Please take care of the door.Also when i was taking a nap the second day of my stay, a staff member entered the room without knocking (my room was locked he entered through master key) for towel.For the sake of safety please take note of it.

This is a very good resort spreader in a good area. If we talk about the rooms and amenities, the room size are quite more than enough but the interior should change as it’s really not maintained and too old also. Room amenities are also not in quality in compare to other 4 star resorts in Udaipur.The food serve here are damn good taste-wise. Hygiene also maintained really well. In short in food ‘you will have everything whatever you want’In short the budget wise the property is good but as I mentioned earlier the room interior has to look at to serve guest more better and to make the guest stay more memorable.Thank you🙏

Its a well laid ouwethe availabliavaiplace among lush greenery manicured lawns and gardens ,spaced out buildings with privacy and calm pleasant environment, the buildings and rooms are a little worn out , need repairs and updation , the rooms are dimly lit a bit melancholic , furniture and decor is traditional and a bit outdated , but comfortable and peaceful , tea coffee kettles , good quality essentials and toiletries , the dining room is traditional design with a warm ambience , menu these days is a bit shrunken , good quality and taste in food ,some limitations on availability of food items ,esp in vegetarian , they also provide Jain food on request , prior intimation is advisable ,,there is a well Ness centre though closed in covid times

We had visited the resort for wedding in our family. Below are the points I felt:1. Average hospitality.2. Good room service.3. Poor food services, in choice and taste.4. Good landscape.5. Poor maintenance. Rooms and especially bathrooms were not maintained.Mgmt should focus on points and improve the lacking areas. I was highly disappointed with food being served on all 3 days, where it was a repeat of everything and still didnt taste up to the mark.

I stayed with my family for a night recently in Rajputana, Udaipur. Though we took a little time locating the place, once we checked in,which was done fast, our stay was excellent. We took two rooms one for us and one for our children. The rooms were spacious and had good views. Morning breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ambiance is good and different than regular hotels. Overall our stay was good and we look forward to visiting there again. Check out was fast and efficient.thanks Mr. Biswal

It is a good place to stay, but google maps shows those roads which are under maintenace or closed way to Justa and no brochure map provide by justa showing nearby places, No Complementry car wash service infact car wash just with water charging 300rs, No fun or entertaining(flok dance etc) activities after 7pm though it is a resort you better go outside or stay to rooms. Food too too costly and very less Veg options. Cab n Auto frequency too less no Cab or Auto facility or two wheeler hire facility by Justa Resort.No hair dyer available but still good rooms n bathroom.They have big lawn garden should give sitting n bon fire options there will be great if such things implemented.Lots of things they can implement to make it more fun and resort loving for the tourist.

Got luxury stay at moderate rates, If you have own vehicle than visit here, specially for honeymooners and couple it is recommended, Big NO to families and those coming with Parents. Location is pathetically rural, almost like a slum area nearby. But once you enter property it will give good vibes and feelings altogather. Services is very prompt especially house cleaning guys. Check in and check out is smooth. Food is little disappointed with. No nearby food joints or restaurants so be prepared for that. Also main tourist attractions are far from here will takes you 30 minutes or more, so I recommend who want to stay just in resort and enjoy may come otherwise stay near Fateh Sagar lake area.

The abode well preserved with a variety of flora around and in the vicinity. It gives you a fresh feel any hour of the day. The place is spacious and has a lot of area for a good amount of people. It can a great destination for weddings. Must visit at least once.

Cockroaches are everywhere in the resort.

The rooms were spacious. You get all the necessary toiletries like dental kit, soap, shampoo, conditioner, showe gel and moisturiser. The rooms were quite spacious. I liked the sitting space by the window wherein they have given a matress. The staff were very firendly and helpful.The pool area is also very good.The complimentary breakfast services though has a lot of improvement scope. The tosaster though can be an automated one. There is very less staff who attend to guest in the dining hall. There was shortage of supply of glasses and spoons. And not all items on the menu get refilled.

We had a wonderful stay. We were a large group and they accomodated all our requirments perfectly going out of there way. Lovely property and very clean .
