This is a very good resort. Its room , interior , foods , services are all very good. This was our first trip after marriage. We have spent the best moments of our life there Life time. This resort will be memorable for us. We would love to visit this resort again😊😊

I visited the property to book 2 lake view suite room. I paid for the booking also in advanceat the time of checking the hotel changed one of lake facing suite room to non lake facing suite room. Further the 2 suite room (lake and non lake side facing) are drastically different.The lake side facing view has a Dining table, a small extra closet and many small amenities which are not in non lake facing view suitethe management was rude and did not agreed to change the both room to Lake facing suiteAt the end after a long fight, we took our advance back and moved to different hotelWorst hotel ever… Should not book

Nice location. Very big property. The super deluxe rooms are quite spacious but still not worthy at all. I was there for 2 days and had a really very bad experience. Service is third class and washrooms smell bad. Dont book only because it has a swimming pool. Everyday they play the single playlist and no covid safety measures were followed. Staff does not even wear masks. We had to request them. Check some other property

Seeing the resort photos available from google we book SUPER DELUX room for 3 days. we have book room week ago and requests to higher room and twin bed but instead of twin bed they provide us materis and room service is terrible Room smells likes dustbin. They don’t provide anything that mentioned in facilities. they didnt come when we call and didnt provide the required room even though the resort has rooms available. They even service charge for you for ordering food from their restaurant to your room 😂. Such a horrifying experience. Please don’t book any room in this resort it’s my humble request to whoever reading this review.

The resort had a amazing view and huge rooms. However i would say they really need to work on cleanliness in the rooms as it had a lot of hair on the room floor, sofa cum bed was broken and dirty with filthy left over their food menu in breakfast was limited as it had same repeated stuff everyday like poha and idly! Curd wasnt available. I ordered pakodas on day 1 they tasted awesome however the quantity was like 7-8 pieces only and priced too high . We ordered tea for ourself and milk for our kid on 19th july however it was smelly due to stale milk to which they changed but hotel staff was not happy to provide replacement though came after an hour between which our kid had some chips and slept . We returned the milk as jt wasnt needed anymore the hotel staff was reluctant to take it back and also did not behave nicely . Wifi wasnt working . They had gujrati families staying and pool was operational against the covid guidelines. Due to no social distancing and not even one person was wearing mask which made us stay in our rooms most of the times we only walked out when the crowd was less during early hours or late nights. On the day of check out we requested time till 12 pm due to my childs class to which hotel desk kept calling as if they wanted to get rid of us very soon and even fought for asking time till 12 after having fought with us may be they realised that its against hospitality they called to inform we can stay longer for few hours. We didnt want to stay a minute our childs class was over so we checked out right after that . This showed discrimination towards people from north delhi ncr and wouldnt recommend this hotel for family stay.

It was a great experience with jeevantara resort. I booked it for my sisters wedding and stayed for 4-5 days here with all my family and relatives. great food, great view, great sorroundings and great location. loved their hospitality. booked tents also but their was some problems in washroom so they changed quickly to rooms. will come again for great experience.you can enjoy a great family time here, open garden, swimming pool, outskirts view is nice and various food options including bar and disc.

If there will be less than one star I will put that for this resort. i have booked 2 suit rooms for my group. There is nothing like suit room its just a big size room with 55” inch tv which is not working(in both suit room). You will get like 6-7 low beam night lamps(no tube light or any other bright lights) and also out of them only 3-4 will work. There is also an ac which is not enogh to cool up the room. You will get a big bathroom which is clean but will note give you the feeling that you’re in a suit room of a resort. The exhaust of both rooms were not working. Overall you get all amenities that are not in working condition.There is also an pool which is so dirty that you can’t walk by the pool side because of the odour.Also its an old property which is having lack of maintance nothing is in a good condition except the reception area.I haven’t tried the food so will not comment on that.If you are reading till this I belive that you are having a plan of going there. So giving you a last tip that please ask the other charges to access the property like if you have to sit in the garden you have to pay. If you want to do something after the standerd property time you have to pay for that. Manager was so rude that he behaved like we were staying for free and he had done favour to us.Will suggest you to look for something else than this property.

Will will give -100 /10 to this resort Receptions people are so so so worst and I never suggest any family to go there because you will not like the atmosphere for ladies , very Cheap mind people are there yesterday and even resort staff is also supporting there behaviour even they are using bad languages after drinking alcohol after watching all that me and my friends said that we have to leave then they said we will not refund the money and in there menu book there are lot of options for order but when we order and food they said we do not have that we can only provide that thing which they have we have taken sweet room but it doesn’t look like normal room also the room look like we have done crime and hiding from police and passing faarri in that room

The downfall starts right from the reception, staff is not at all professional. The rooms we stayed in were full with mosquitoes and smelled awful, even after complaining no actions were taken. Food quality is worse than you can imagine!

Rooms are quite spacious. Property is lovely. People at reception are nice, helpful. Room service is bad.if you will call them for tea or coffee, they make sure not to come. Thats the only cons I felt.
