A restaurant that has a beautiful view and where the food never disappoints. Great place for office diners/ family dinner/date night /hangout with friends. It always feels like home at Udaigarh. My go to place for anytime.

This is my second time here in this hotel! It was mu wifes birthday this time! The view from the roof top terrace is spectacular. I wanted to have a small celebration and the owner of the place arranged a cake and also kept his terrace bar open at midnight for the celebration. Soothing And relaxing stay. View from the hotel terrace!

Such a pathetic hotel and management and staff behaviour is poor. Poor quality food, Bad staff behaviour and not giving services as per written in there amenities.I wish I could give them zero stars

I liked this Hotels, due to its location, Terrace restaurant and Swimming pool etc.. There staffs are co-operative with the guests and helpful too. Hotel rent is affordable but the restaurant food prices are high but although they serve good and tasty foods available in menu. If you are confuse in low budget hotels then I would recommend you to go here.

Hotel has a good lake view, bar, and breakfast.Menu has limited options, they dont allow outside food orders. However, on request they allowed us.Hospitality is missing not only in hotel but every where in Udaipur except auto cab drivers and guides.

If youre looking for some pleasant and luxurious stay with the best views of the lake then this is the lake.Just remember that you wont be able to reach here by 4 wheeler and cab, as theyll drop you around 500 meters away. However, youll get a auto from there.Food is perfect, drink options are there in decent pricing. View from thr rooftop restaurant is awesome.Rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Loved the theme of the hotel.

The stay was excellent. Rooms were neat and comfy for us. Enjoyed the Terrace view in morning as well as night. Good arrangement, good Swimming pool. Value for money. Only dissatisfaction was The food delivery time was long. Need more manpower to cater at dinner time.

Too many restrictions. Closes terrace seating which is the USP of the place at 11.00 pm.Food and drinks not served in rooms.Outside food and drinks are prohibited and they overcharge in the in-house restaurant.Some amenities written were not provided.

Best place to stay, the restaurant at the top gives the best view but the food is not so good

The hotel view and interiors are awesome but they puts some restrictions on you as you visit this hotel cause of their worst experiences with others customers they had gone through to very critical circumstances. So they wont allow you to use pool area in evening and after 0000hrs they wont allow you to sit in terrace area too, Where you can enjoy the view of mountain, moon and lake pichola in night. Still this place is worthy to live in udaipur.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and bathroom and has a great view of *Lake Pichola* and is also very reasonable ( 3000 per night with breakfast). But the hotel is located in the old city which is not good for Big cars like SUVs.

Everything is good except for the fact that it is in the old city and various work for electric line and construction work is going on.And you will have to park slightly away from the hotel.

A STUNNING STAYHotel Udaigarh was centrally located near Lake picholia and all the places of intrest were within walking distence. The staff was very helpful(specially Manager Pradeep) and ensured that our stay was very comfortable and spectacular. It was our third stay in hotel udaigarh. We had a great view for picholia lake while we were having dainty, delish breakfast and dinner

Place is at Lake pichola. We stayed in heritage rooms. Also, were provided with an upgrade to royal one. The rooms were really good. The rooftop restaurant and pool were its attraction!Staff is very friendly and cooperative.Food was amazing. They went beyond there menu as well and served us with special requests.Thank you for an amazing experience😊All of us felt like we could stay here for weeks and gaze at the lake from the rooftop❤️

Best hotel in udaipur as per google, but reality is something else. If we go through room facility then its best but if we see the hospitality, room service, restorent service, staff behavior all are intolerable. Room rental are fine but complementary services are zero also too much expensive restorent price for everything.Price are almost twice then MRP. There are alot to say about thingsBut good thing is view, this stay alway be best memories in terms of view of lake and nearby palaces.Thats it ( dont take my review personally, its perception of notice things.)

We are reched the resort but he havent any Parking facilities, be ready but wait for minimum 1 hours for parking at Parking desk Before check in after we are Personally Arrange *Paid Parking*And Receptionist name of *PRADIPSINH VAGHELA* was not properly well trained to be front desk as they some misbehave with us & bad words use with the customers & Not Received some call after 5 call he is talk with us.

The locations is amazing... From terrace you can see lake pichola or have fun in the swimming pool with friends.. Rooms are very nicely decorated we stayed at delux room and it was pretty good considering the price. Food was good. Staff was pretty helpful. All in all loved our stay in Udaipur.

Nice hotel with decent rooms. Parking will be paid 200 per night, that too in the municipal alloted plot across the hotel. So, plan and book accordingly. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast menu and the small swimming pool but with a beautiful river view!

Located in the centre of city, this place is really beautiful in all aspects.Their rooftop is way too beautiful, it offers you a view of everything you wish to see in Udaipur from a single roof.Their food is amazing, great quality. Their service is next level, they really take care of their customers really well.Ive had a beautiful experience of this place, and I suggest one to stay here id youre planning to explore. Hotel is located in old city of udaipur. Reachability is quite difficult unless have one 2 wheeler or we have to depend on auto. Hotel room was really clean and neat. Worth paying every penny if staying here. View from rooftop is really worth.

I’ve recently stayed here on my first trip to Udaipur and I am so glad I chose this place. This place is very near to Lal Ghat and most of the places like City Lake Palace, Bagore ki Haveli, Jagdish Temple and the market in and around. It also provide a stunning view of the Lake Picchola from its terrace restaurant and has a rooftop swimming pool, I wouldn’t have asked for more for the price we paid. The rooms were nice, cozy and very well decorated. The complimentary breakfast has around 6-7 options and it serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Overall I loved the vibe and will definitely stay here again.

Late service, the manager was adamant. They should learn how to behave nicely with the customers, nothing personal bois 👍

Stayed in February of this year. Nice hotel with professional reception staff. And a great plus was the lift. Room was a bit dingy but the rest of the hotel made up for it. Lovely rooftop and food was good. Nice and handy to the town. And we managed to get some tea delivered during the afternoon. Overall a nice hotel and I would stay again, but in a better room next time.

This place has been amazing for my partner and I. The room was large and clean. The service was great. We had a lot of questions and the gentleman at reception was always happy to help in anyway he could. The food and view at the roof top restaurant was absolutely amazing and they catered for our (vegan) diet very well. They also have spa and massage facilities but unfortunately we did not have time to try them.

Hotel is like haveli turned into hotel. When I was staying 2020 Nov it was worst experience reaching to hotel, path digging work was going on. Exterior was ok. But interior better than exterior.

This hotel has one of the best views of lake. The rooftop restaurant has a beautiful swimming pool which shines like a jewel in the night and will get you best night shots provided you have a decent camera. Food is excellent and egg chicken chap is one of my favourite. Rooms are extremely clean and hot water is provided in morning and evening or if you request. Hotel is not accessible by cab so last mile is on foot. It is worth it as staff is quite hospitable.

The location is great, situated in the heart of the old city, but this means that your taxi/bus can only take you to the outskirts of the old town. Here you will have to change over to an auto rickshaw that will take you to the closest corner to the hotel entrance and you will have to walk the last 100 meters, possibly past a very large bull.Our room was spacious and furnished with antique pieces but didn’t have any windows to speak of, as we were facing narrow alley ways. The air conditioner and overhead fan ensured we had decent airflow. As we have found in most smaller cities in India, the internet here is also not that great.One of the greatest assets of the property is the rooftop terrace which overlooks the Taj Lake Palace and the Mohan Temple. But it was the staff who did everything in their power to make things work for us, and the chef who welcomed us into his kitchen, that take the crown in service excellence.

A really great experience. The service is superb. Rooms are clean. You get hot showers during 2 preset times a day, but the shower is amazing! (Not just for India). Breakfast is basic. And the view of the lake is amazing during sunset. A great stay in Udaipur!

DONT GO AS PER GOOGLE MAPS. YOU WILLGET LOST, rather ask and move. No space forparking at all.. I recommend not to bring his /her vehicle. Its really very difficult.*One can not eat his dinner in his own room*SERIOUSLY ,a policy by hotel. basic facility of3 star hotels are completely missing like Nofridge, too messy room, bed were improper,reception person was rude. No place to smoke.Outside food not allowed , improper light in theroom. Almirah provided was stinking, staff werecompletely not helpful due to pressure fromreception. MY SUGGESTION- Dont book thishotel, you have 100 choices to book.

In the entire Udaipur trip, this was the best place we went to, including the City Palace. We spent more than 5 hours there and enjoyed every moment there. The ambience is fantabulous, and the view of the lake you get from the rooftop is amazing. A must visit place to go in Udaipur, especially to view the setting sun. The food served is perfect with the chilled beer. Would go to Udaipur again just to go to this place.

The best location to spend some days in udaipur the roof top view is just mesmerizing. The beautiful sunset and the breeze gives you an extraordinary feeling.The food and the service was good overall. I had paid for breakfast bust since I had to leave as early as 6 in the morning they provided me with packed breakfast with decent variety of items.Thanks to the staff.The hotel is located in the heart of the city and most of the places to visit are withing a range 1-5 kms and easliy accessible via local autos or tuk tuk :)Few things which could potentially be better TV in the room is too small and bathroom quality can be improved. Rooms are very close to each other , your alarm can literally wake someone else in your adjacent rooms.Other than that something that occupants/visitos must be vary about is parking. Most of the hotels around the lake area do not have there own parking as they are located in small streets.But there is a parking close by (500mtrs) .One can park the vehicle there.

I couldnt have asked for better views, service and an experience overall.The staff was extremely polite and had a beautiful attitude towards the guest. Views are the best that you could find from any hotel in Udaipur. You can see it all from here. Evenings and late nights have a different charm if youre here. Food was amazing, quality and quantity are good.An experience one should think of.Peace and friendliness everywhere is what I appreciated the most.

Hotel Udaigarh is really cool place to stay if u r Udaipur,All the main sight seeing places are very nearby, walkable distance.Food served in the hotel is tasty and delicious.And the pool side is really awesome place to spend in the evenings and early mornings.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the view from the hotel is even more so, specially at night. The staffs were friendly, and gave prompt service. The spa felt a bit on the expensive side, but the masseuses were well trained with competent hands. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The vive of the swimming pool was the best, wish they had allowed swimming at night as well.. we loved our stay at this hotel.They were totally accommodative when we requested them to keep our bags with them for a few hours after checking out.

The best part of Udaigarh Heritage Retreat is its Roof Top restaurant- Lake view which creates inherent peace and soothing environment..... But... But... But... it has drawbacks which travelers should keep in mind. Very Tiny entrance Rd which doesnt even allow rickshaw..car is far away, secondly poops of Dogs, cow dung will welcome you till hotels entrance with its lovely fragrance.... Last not the least... Likewise few other hotels of Udaipur, here as well restaurant staff give more preferences to angrez people... They need to work on it... Though food is good... Giving average rating only for its Enterance and restaurant service... Otherwise its deserve 4 rating.

Its was an excellent stay at hotel Udaigarh. The place has good ambience. Nice people, food is nice. Terrace restaurant had the best view of lake Pichola, City place and Jagmandir. All the places to visit were at walkable distance.

Overall the rooms are good but the a/c where not working well , Ive recently visited the place 28th September 2020 after this lockdown of covid the safety measures are good but the service is very poor you cant eat food in room after ordering from the restaurant, Restaurent guy is very rude and service is very poor .Even in this limited people visiting the hotel the service was pathetic. The view from the top is really good.
