The Arcgate company is good...But there is one person named called Mr Manish he is consider himself as a HR but he actually doesnt know how to talk to a girl.I had a discussion with Manish regarding the salary but he started shouting at me.I requested him 3 to 4 times to talk politely but he says that I am the HR of Arcgate and I can shout on anybody though i have recorded the conversation in my phone.Still he continued to shout and may be he is pretending that he is the owner of the Arcgate.I dont think that HR has a right to shout on anybody.Its a backdraw for the company that they have hired such type of person as HR.The company is good but person like Manish can bring the negative impact on company.

This company is perfect for girls. After leaving Arcgate, I have noticed that there is no protection for girls anywhere like this company.
Bad environment. Too much load given. Employee are not employee for this company only a slave. Jan to March is so hectic in these months pressure is put that we give the resign ourselves and they do not have to give you Appraisal. High salaries are required to leave thats the phenomenon of this company. I will give you this company minus marking if this option is given.so much project change happens in these months. ☹️☹️ Really frustrated.

One of the best employer of Udaipur city. Good for freshers to gain that initial work experience not enough for experienced professional though. Salary can be a issue for some but hard work and consistent positive behavior can give you a better opportunity to grow here. Ive been working here for past 3 years and feel to have a secure job. Great infrastructure and an employee friendly company to work with only if you too obey the company policy properly because for them too business is at stake. An organisation..where roles and responsibilities of an individual are well defined and a hierarchy is followed, a workplace where even the CEO is accessible to every employee..hats off to the way this organization is managed that too effectively and smoothly in a location like Udaipur, where its tough to get the right people for the job.
Worst Organisation ,having only of big buildings. My interview is taken of five hours . First when i entered in HR cabin ,then he was managing new building construction things with two other people, till one hour, then told me that fill the HR form and i will be back. Then he returned after half an hour . Then my technical interview person , came late of actual office time and i waited for half an hour again. Then my technical interview has been for 1 hour, thats ok. After finishing my technical interview , interviewer told me ,wait outside ,we will go to HR. then he went for lunch without informing anything, and i waited for 1 hour again. Then after i called to HR and he informed me my interview result . One of the worst management in a IT company .

This company is made up of lying people, and I say beware of HR head Rajesh there.Rajesh will haggle for even the single paisa .Here is my story:I had an interview scheduled here and they specifically mentioned to reimburse Bus fare (for the shortest route) or Sleeper class by train .I couldnt find train tickets so I went there by bus mentioned it beforehand that Ill be coming by bus.After having my interview this Rajesh (so called HR) refused to pay Bus fare and refused to admit that he sent mails for the interview.I had to literally haggle him for what was promised to me and after 2hours of discussion he agreed to pay only Train sleeper class charges.I was tricked to sign a paper stating that I got all the money I was promised.So please avoid going to this place for an interview if you are living outside Udaipur.
