Stupas, build in older times when GT Road was build by Sher Shah Suri. These were used as the stone miles to calculate the distance in the past time. These were visible from a long distance. This was the reason of their height. These are now maintained as historical monuments. These can be find at many places near the older highways which are nowadays smaller roads.
