Worst delivery service one could ever imagine. They lost two parcels of mine and Ive tried to contact numerous times for which no one responded either.

Delivery boy was very rash not af all good

Very helpful and suggest best courier options basing upon distance how far we send parcel

Usually gives good service and good priority for medical parcels.

Very very irresponsible behavior of staff. Delivery agent refused to deliver at door. When asked he threatened to return my package and challenged me to raise a complaint. A package from Rajahmundry to Tuni (100km) took four days and on the fourth day it arrived but the delivery agent refused to delivery the package on the day. As it was a medical package containing medicines of value Rs.3000/- and are to be stored in a cool place, I requested him to deliver at door, as I am unable to pickup the courier myself. But refused to that and asked me to wait for another day. When I refused he challlenged to raise a complaint as I wish and also threatened me that he would return the package. and this my third time dealing with service in this manner.
