Some small shops are available here. Most of the rooms are vacant. Need more commercial shops so that surrounding people not to go other place to buy there daily needs.

Do not get nandini dairy products even though many bakeries are out there.

The complex has got almost all the needs of a common man

Dont get anything eatables because you cant find anything edible within complex. It doesnt have a good bakery. You may eat some sweets at holige mane. Apart from this it has a good sophisticated tea shop for smokers. Thats all.

Well a market area where you can find variety of things. The place is easily accessible from the road, and usually not much parking problem.Because Tumkur doesnt have a mall, these kind a places helps you to find regular stuffs at one place.The price is nominal, may be even cheaper than some other local shops.Value for money.

In this place you can find bill center (Tumakuru One), bakery, fancy store , two-wheeler service center and grocery store. There is no ATM with in this complex, but it is (near by) in next road.

Tumkur one is situated inside the complex. It has housed a tyre puncture shop, a two-wheeler service shop, a tea shop, a stationery shop, a bakery, an electronics shop, a textiles shop, a furniture shop, a goverment nursery for kids among others.
