Misleading online price is lower than store price. You have to show them there own online price to price match. Very inconvenient and leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Believe that the store has a good variety of pet product. Grooming is bery custom and can assist with pets. Has variety of food to keep any pet healthy and well.
I go to Petsmart over their competitors and prefer to as well. Everything about their stores I like, from the pet training to grooming. Just make sure you have shot records when wanting to get any work done in the groomers side of the business. Their employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Ask a question and they can answer it without hesitation. Definitely will continue to shop here, going to niche stores are generally more expensive but they will be more helpful than the big box stores every time.
Very helpful personnel. Directed me to the items I needed and even helped pick out the correct dosage. Our favorite pet supply store. Sadie walked around, never barked at any other dog or person. Her manners were fantastic. Sadie loves her PetSmart!

Extremely rude groomer Mabrie. Cut me off every time I spoke to ask questions about the cut for MY dog rolled her eyes. Just an overall nasty person and the manager was inefficient and lacked leadership.

I usually like this petsmart. I was very excited to see that petsmart was now on doordash. I gave it a try today and was upset to find out that petsmart wasn’t helping doordash find what people order. I know it’s corporates ruling but it’s a bad one and shows they don’t care about all costumers, only the ones that can be in the store in person.

I’m always wary of bringing my dog to the groomers. He’s got severe anxiety and doesn’t like his legs or paws touch. Last time at the groomer they couldn’t even finish trimming his legs or do the nail grind.We saw Casey yesterday and she did amazing. He’s a schnauzer/ bouvier mix and she did the perfect length for his face and body and no one has ever been able to trim his grinch toes as well as she did. Only bringing him here from now on.

We go there so Casey could groom Pekingese Pandi. I only take her to Casey; she does a great job and Pandi likes her very much. I definitely consider her a five-star groomer.

Its a chain, but the folks here are friendly and helpful without being overbearing hanging all over you while you look around. I even got help with my items out to my car. The entire experience here was warm and inviting. I will be coming back with my figure pet needs.

My dog had a massive amount of hair falling all over the room where they hand her back. I asked them to cut her hair as she is an inside dog always in a climate controlled environment. The lady taking her said she would give her a trim. My house is now covered in hair and Im not sure if they did anything at all. We are completely dissatisfied with PetSmart and recommend using a local groomer for your pets needs.
They didnt have any kibbles and bits dog food thats the only bad thing I could say the rest was excellent
Went in to this store to get my dog his dog food get the register and get my chewy app out and ready to get a little discount off the food cause it’s trying times and was told that I can’t use it anymore which is completely wrong because I called all the other stores in tulsa and they honor it and said all stores are suppose to. Terrible customer service store was filthy as well!!
Been taking my dog here for grooming for several years. The girls in the salon always do a great job and are very good with my little girl. Ive also bought many things for my dog and fish here. Store is clean and staff is always friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service! I had so many questions about turtle/tortoise adoption and care. So many. They were excited to help and told me to come back if I had any other questions. They also informed me that Petsmart owns Chewy.com and will price match! There were multiple products I needed that I couldnt find anywhere else for less, in person, online, anywhere. Great experience and now we have a new family pet!

I’ve have been taking my dog to Petsmart(s) for grooming since we got her 6 months ago. I have never received such rude service like I did from this grooming salon at the location on 71st by Woodland! It smelled bad, the lady at the front Tiffany had an attitude and wasn’t welcoming at all! I would not recommend anyone go to this grooming salon if you want your fur baby or yourself to be treated right!
Used the groomer service. This was on a Sunday. I feel they rushed the grooming because they close early but I walked my dog back in and they fixed her right up!!!
About a month ago I took my dog in to get groomed and when I picked her up it was uneven, half her neck was shaved and her whole head but her body was long. I have a bichon. They fixed no problem... fast forward to today. I made an appointment online like I always do and when my husband went to take her in they made him wait 20 mins past the appointment time just to tell him we didn’t have an appointment. I will never bring my dog here again! I would suggest that if you are looking for a groomer to go else where. The grooming staff is rude. They barely do a decent job anyway. So dissatisfied with the grooming dept at this location.
This place was very lovely! There were so many things there and nothing that wasnt stocked up. Their animals are adorable! There was this one guinea pig that had a mohawk!!!!

AVOID if possible!! Do NOT take your pet here. THEY CHARGE EXTRA FEES EACH TIME that they don’t disclose up front for things you didn’t agree to or have done. There is a “medical disposal fee” they added without asking. When I asked why, the rude blonde at the front desk said it was for “oh, uhhh... it’s for things like discarding syringes, the cover for fecal sample tubes, the baggie they put a SINGLE PILL in...” What?!? My dog did NOT have a fecal sample done & you can keep your freaking baggie. The things they listed are the COST OF DOING BUSINESS. I didn’t consent to pay for a baggie. And my dog didn’t have any of those services done. Go somewhere you can trust- NOT HERE. RIDICULOUS.

This is just a PSA for anyone wanting to go to Pet Smart for national adoption weekend. I adopted my kitten from there. They did not disclose that he was extremely sick at the time and had fleas. I had to spend over $400 on him within a month which could have been fixed earlier for much cheaper if I had been informed. I could not bring this problem up with pet smart as they said all of it could have happened after I adopted him but he was showing signs the day I brought him home; before he even entered my apartment. If you do go to pet smart this weekend and find a pet you love that’s amazing. But make sure to sit down and ask for a detailed list of the animals history and make sure that it is healthy before adopting or make sure you have the money to pay if it is not. They did not take care of my pet before I adopted him and they for sure did not take care of me during this process. Please make sure that wherever you are adopting from takes care of their animals or at least tells you what’s wrong with the animal before you adopt it. I have had at least three other people in my life have problems with this in the past specifically one friend who was not told the dog she was adopting was deaf. Every animal deserves to be adopted but please make sure you know as much as possible before adopting or be prepared to take care of things you didn’t know you needed to.

I pay $31.00 a month for insurance, but it seems that I end up spending a large sum when I need them for anything more than basic test and shots, and/or basic exam.
Just had my Daisy groomed by Lori D. at this location. My dog came back to me beautiful and perfectly cut. She did a wonderful job and i will not take her anywhere else.I wish I could give more stars.

I came to this location from the BA location because a groomer I was happy with moved to this location. Unfortunately when I made the most current appointment she was not available. I made the mistake of selecting a different groomer. Within the week after I made the appointment the groomer was changed twice. The one I ended up with apparently was not happy about it. She was rude and appeared not happy to be there. I was not happy with the quality of the cut. Will not ever return to this location.
I went in to purchase everything I needed to have fish. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about fish when I went in and I came out feeling confident and knowledgeable.
Grooming salon was a disaster. Worst haircut my dog has ever had. Retail side of this business is fine.

I came into this PetSmart to look at guinea pigs, and find out some info on how to take care of them. First off the customer service is above & beyond! The two employees who helped me today were very friendly, and helpful. You can just tell they take pride in their job, and care about people. On top of learning alot about guinea pigs today, they showed me a couple ways to save some money with the Chewy app that I didnt know about. I was just here to gather information today, but for sure I will come back when its time to buy. I wish all stores had employees like this.
You can come in and buy food, bedding, treats, toys, etc for almost any type of pet. You can also get your pet groomed here for a reasonable price. Or if you wanted to, you could just come in and look at the animals they have and decide if you want to buy one. I bet if you asked someone, they would let you hold some of them. Overall 10/10

They were so very helpful, and helped me figure out which size cages would be good for my particular bunny. They recommended against the ones in store since they would be too small, and instead recommended other stores that might carry what I needed.

I have been going to this PetSmart for many years now. On Dec 26 I bought some puppy milk replacer. I was in my way to Missouri to save some puppies and start force feeding them on way home. Puppies are doing good Thank God! January 3rd I was going to add some of the formula to the food I was making for the babies and clumps came out. Looked at label and says to be discarded 14 days after opening so should still be good then I looked at date. Exp 9/19. Yes I should have checked myself I am at fault also. Luckily these puppies are ok. I was out today and decided to stop in and grab more puppy food and asked could they bring up receipt and he said yes. I walked over to the milk to take box up front to show them what I was talking about and I found 3 expired milk boxed with two updated boxes in front of them. Someone needs to talk to stockers about rotation. Anyway I took to front and told them everything. I was informed I can get a replacement or refund when I bring my box in. I literally just handed them these boxes off their shelves that were exp. Anyways...CHECK DATES ON EVERYTHING you buy your babies from here.

Were always at the pet store weve got skinny pigs three dogs cichlids and 6 kids. We definitely have a lot of love to give and definitely need supplies for animals. My go-to for everything I need
Staff very friendly and informative. They have good name brand supplies for all kinds of pets including reptiles. Price comparable to other pet stores.
Dog food is higher here than Walmart for same product and the dog toys are much more expensive but you have good people who try to help.
They have a lot of pet supplies and a massive selection of food. But they over charge for most things by quite a lot. They will price match their own website so check it if you are buying something as Ive found the prices online are cheaper on some items.
They always have what I need in stock. Fast service. And they always give my dog a treat when checking out.
