Not at all pleased with the pedicure I received today. It looks like they painted over the lotion or oils left on my toes. I used to love this place but I doubt I’ll go back.

Went in for a Shellac color change. The girl that did my nails would hardly speak to me. She filed my nails so much and made them thin. The color put in there cracked a day later and my nails are so thin they are cracking on multiple nails. The color has spots in them and it is the worst job Ive ever had!!! Plus u was told it would be $25 and the charged me $30 and would explain why the cost was different! I wish I had not gone to this salon to get them done.

I was getting my nails polished and the lady that did my nails told me that she would dip my nails as well so it would be $35 total. But she didnt dip my nails and I paid $35 and so I gave $40 to the lady at the counter since I didnt have any change and she asked me if I want my change.. like who ask questions like to a customer? Theyre my money of course I want them back! But I didnt get my change back either. The quality of my nail polish was not good as I expected. Learned my lesson and not going here anymore. Deserve less than a star.

They where great. Supper nice and welcoming. This was my first time going there but my grandma has been going there for almost 10 years and she loves it. They pay attention to what they are doing and also they really get to know you and what you like.

Went for a pedicure for my daughter and I, and I have to say I was extremely unimpressed. They herded us in and out and took no pride in the work. No massages with pedicures, just rub in some lotion and call it good. It was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had, and I feel like it was a waste of $65. They tried to upsell me 3x during my pedicure and barked orders “foot up” “foot down” definitely not relaxing at all. My toenail polish looks sloppy, and we will never go back.

It was my Granddaughters 3rd birthday and she had the best time. The girls gave her the best mani pedi ever.

Normally, this is my go-to nail salon because they do good with my nails. However, this last time was not that great, and the experience left me a bit disappointed. The nail tech I had was sweet but seemed to be in a rush. I normally tip but I didn’t. The tips of my nails were not completely capped and painted all the way, it looked like I’ve had them for weeks. They were chipping. There are some spots within my nails that are rugged and they aren’t completely filed down soft; they just seem rough, look like they’ve grown out because they aren’t painted to my cuticle and look like I’ve had them for weeks when I just got them done TODAY. I am normally happy with this nail salon because I’ve been going here since I was like 9 (now 21), but a bit disappointed. Too expensive for me to not love my nails and enjoy them. Will be going back tomorrow to have them fixed.

Reused files, nail cutters, cutical cutters on multiple people without sanitizing. Did a very poor job painting finger nails. Burnt my mothers feet/legs. Was my first time going and was the worst $70 i have ever spent.

Go see Joseph for dipped manicure and the most relaxing pedicure. Their dipped nail lasts over two weeks for me. They always take their time and make me feel beautiful.

I have never had my nails done before so I didn’t know what to except when coming to this place and ended up with several of my fingers bleeding.The lady doing my nails claimed my cuticles were super dry (which is probably understandable since I’ve never gotten my nails done), but she literally ripped the skin above my nail. I had to get a napkin out to stop the bleeding once she had finished my nails. Many of my other fingers were red around the nail where the nail met the skin as well.The lady was extremely rough and I was in great pain during most of the process. I will not be returning.*Also, my nail was bleeding the entire time she was painting my nails. She didn’t even mention it. I’m pretty sure that isn’t clean or safe to paint bloody nails. This place must not care about keeping things clean for current and future customers.

I have gone to Infinity for close to 10 years now and they will always be my go-to nail salon. It is owned by the sweetest people and they have managed a great staff and given excellent service through the years and through the big remodel years ago. I am very well taken care of each time I go, even if it’s just for a polish change. I think their prices are just as fair as any other salon in town. Highly recommend!

Infinity has the most luxurious atmosphere out of all the nail salons in Tulsa. If youre wanting a basic manicure and pedicure, this is definitely the place to go. Their prices are a little more expensive than most places, but they take their time perfecting their work and offer a complimentary neck and shoulder massage with all their services. I went to Infinity today for a pedicure, and I was very impressed with how relaxing it was. My nail technician went as far as to rub hot stones on my feet. I really enjoyed my experience, and will be going back again.

Love this place. So many options. We both had a pedicure.. included a scrub an hot towels, hot wax, massage with cooling gel(20 minutes) and a full pedicure. Was a wonderful experience!! All at a very reasonable price. $45.Check out..best in Tulsa!

This place is the best in town I have been going here for at least 8 years. Hands down Service. Never a wait.. plenty of seats. When I leave after a nice pedicure and a massage to top it off at the end of your pedicure @ no change I’m never going to another place. Because another place just can’t top there service. I’ve tried it. Thanks Infinity for doing what you do. Y’all. Got the spa game sewed up. Keep up the good work.

I waited 2 hours before they sat me down to start my nails they then said it was cash only! I left to go get cash and when I came back the had started someone else’s nails! The woman just laughed and said nothing to me. She didn’t wash her hands between clients and way over priced !! NEVER EVER WASTE MONEY HERE !!

My first time experience was amazing. I got acrylics and went to Tiffany and she spent so much time making sure my nails were absolutely perfect. I am so pleased and definitely recommend her and this place. The atmosphere was beautiful and clean. They don’t rush they make sure they do a perfect job

I treated my valued employees to a manicure that we could enjoy together after the holidays. We work in th food industry so we all were excited to relax & have pretty hands & be pampered. Absolutely the worst manicure I’ve ever had!!! I soaked my hands in cold water & after minimal cuticle treatment told to wash my hands? Absolutely not a drop of lotion on my fingers as they told me I would get that when my nails dried!? One of my employees got tips that had to be redone because the nail tech had no idea what she was doing so another had to take off & re-do. Still after nails dried not a drop of lotion on my fingers. I will say again that I soaked in cold water!? I will never go back there again or recommend to anyone! And if I’m at Camille’s next door eating or any surrounding business & see someone going in I will take my valued time & share my experience. Absolutely horrible

I was pretty disappointed in this salon. They were all about the up-charge (constantly asking if they could do more services for only x amount more...). I had to tell them three times I just wanted the very cheapest pedicure and they kept asking if I wanted the deluxe. The paint job truly looked like my 7 year old did it. Theyre over-priced and the quality of work was poor. I do not recommend.

Set an appointment at 11:45am for 5:00pm and came in at 4:55 and they were completely booked magically. Told me to come back at 7:00pm. Highly unprofessional

I came here to visit the Posh staff last week and they did not do a good job at all. Came in today to get everything fixed and the Infinity nails team were amazing about everything. Definitely recommend them!

Everybody there was very nice and hardworking, but I asked for pink and white ombre but got deep red with silver glitter on the tips... In total, it was $50, when as far as I knew it would only be $40... Ive been there twice and the first time was very good but this time I left feeling very unhappy about my nails, but didnt want to have them redone because they were so expensive. Many pros and cons

Its a great nails jobs. Just actually need to be more courteous with the clients. Even then is an awesome job and have a very quality products as far to keep looks great after a couple of weeks without any extra care

Usually do pretty good. The secret is the go on the weekdays. Thats when its really worth 5 stars. Rated it 4 because often on the weekends they skip out on a lot when it comes to pedicures.

Took my daughter there for her birthday. We both had pedicures. Disappointed with the service. One coat of polish and it could have been applied better by my 6 year old granddaughter. I ended up taking it off when I got home. At $55 a pop I expected better. Don’t waste your money.

WILL NOT BE BACK!! So yesterday April 26, 2020 my mom, sister and I went to the salon. We all got a pedicure but my sister got a manicure too. And the lady dropped the nail polish brush on her and it got on her white pants. The lady said nothing and I saw her notice it. But we let it go because it was an accident. But when we went to pay. They made us pay cash and so my mom ended up having to pay for all of us. Then she gave them a tip at the register. And the girl said she didn’t give them a big enough tip and asked for more. Are you serious?? a tip is optional. I should have made them replace my sisters pants 🤬🤬🤬 don’t recommend to ever go here... horrible customer service.

I went and had my nails and my toenail polish redone by them after having already having both done at another salon today. The nail tech at the other salon did not listen to what I wanted to have done with my acrylic nails and the polish from my pedicure never dried so after 2 hrs of waiting for it to dry I just wiped it off. I went to them and the had me sit down right away and they fixed my toes right away and then they removed the full set of nails I had just had put on and gave me the most stunning solar pink and white nails ever. They are bubble free, all the same length and the length I wanted. They paid great detail to what they where doing as the previous text cut up my nail bed while doing my nails. They made sure to watch out for the wound so that they would not cause anymore damage or pain. Thank you so much for saving my hands and feet!

Went in to have manicure and dip. Have been getting dipped nails for 3 years. Thought I would try someplace closer to home. No offer of beverage or conversation. Nail tech was rough and had a horrible cough. I should have left this point. Horrible bumpy nails and sharp sixes. Returned the next day and very polite woman asked to see my receipt. The tech neglected to put her name. She said they were awful and gave me a business card with 3 names of techs who do a good job. There are probably 15 workers but only 3 who do a good job? I lasted 4 days befor going to my old salon to have them redone. Loose, bum you and jagged-waste of money and time. Lovely looking inside and very busy. Quality is not important.

My experience here was not good. My nail lady jumped around and I was left alone multiple times. Then the lady who started doing my nails did not finish them, I got passed off to someone else. Two of my cuticles were cut and another one was knicked. My thumb bled for a good minute. The day after and my fingers are sore from being cut and inflamed. Had to disinfect them so as to not have it become infected. They seemed to be in a rush and were quick to try to finish my friend and me. Very disappointed, and will NOT return.

They just want your money, I went a couple of times and it was all about money. I had the greatest idea of getting a pedicure and they gave me a menu with the services but only showing the most expensive services, I just wanted a basic pedicure but i ended up paying double because they never gave me the information of all their pedicure. They are very disrespectful because they talk to each other in their own language the entire time you are having your nails done, is like you did not exist. Beside of been all rude, I couldnt relax whatsoever, it was an stressful experience. Do not recommend.

The technicians were very professional! They really know how to pamper. They have wonderful Nail Care and Beauty services to choose from. I find that it was an ideal destination from being able to treat yourself and a relaxing and comfortable place.

I used to go here all the time before vogue. I do not recommend. they charge extra for NAIL POLISH, you pay for your manicure plus extra for orly nail polis....crazy to me. The shellac pedicures are $47. My mom did her nails with shellac and they didnt even do all of her thumb nail.....horrible. do not recommend

I have been here before and had great experiences. Today, she acted like she hated her job. I paid for the deluxe. Didn’t get a foot leg massage. My big toes are not filed evenly. 45.00 down the drain.

I came in to get my nails done and had a great time getting my nails done. Will be coming back.Edit: I came back on Christmas Eve to get my nails done but it a horrible experience. I wanted to get my acrylic nails removed and have my real nails painted but the nail technician didnt listen and cut my nails. I let it go and just had them put on acrylic nails. He didnt paint them the way I wanted, filed them at an angle (one side is filed at an angle while one side is straight), and they are longer than what I said I wanted. I am double-jointed in my fingers and they get stiff sometimes and that happened while he was working on my nails. I apologized for it because I know it makes it harder on them and he rolled his eyes and just kept shaking my hand impatiently everytime my fingers stiffened. He also did not lotion my hands which were dry and covered in dust from the acrylic. When I was waiting to pay ( I still left a tip, it was Christmas Eve) I noticed that everyone was living with a free gift (lotion). But he just looked at me blankly, charged me, and walked away. I will never be coming back. Idk what happened from the first day I went in to now but it lost them a client.

I have used this salon for years and they always exceed my expectations. Ask for Chrissy; in my experience she is the best technician there. She is a professional at shellac, powdered nails -basically any type of nail, and their pedicures are really thorough.

I’ve had great experiences there until the last time I went. I got dip powder and it usually lasts for 3-4 weeks but this time they were falling off almost immediately. Disappointed because I paid $45 for them.

DON’T GO HERE. Unless you want to be in pain when you walk out.I’ve been to this location 3 times. And 3 strikes you’re out. I’ve had Shellac and Dip Powder. Manicures and pedicures. Every time they have been rushed to finish. I paid for the pedicure with the 10 min massage... she very very lightly “massaged” my feet for less than 5 minutes. And because of how rushed and unfocused they are the polish has been uneven and messy every single time. What usually lasts me 14 days at other places, maybe lasts a week from them. They are difficult to communicate with, not because of the language barrier so much as the fact that they seem extremely distracted and hurried. They get up any time someone walks thru the door. I think they would do better to have a receptionist to run the desk. They have made me BLEED twice. The last time on TWO FINGERS AND ONE TOE. That should never happen. I was sore for days. Their equipment is subpar and makeshift.Save yourself some discomfort and go somewhere else!

Worst experience ever! My girlfriend and I went to have a manicure and pedicure done. Had a little bit of a wait, which is to be expected on a weekend... however, they gave my girlfriend about a 1/4 inch cut on her cuticle, and we both ended up with nail infections. Neither my girlfriend or I ever seen them wash any of the equipment that they were using, before or after the cut! The girls that were working on our nails didnt do anything to make up for the nails, and didnt waste time on finishing us up, so we could leave. I will never be back there again.

I usually enjoy my experience here. I went for a last pedicure before having my baby and hoped for a relaxing experience. I even upgraded to a deluxe pedicure to treat myself. The nail tech cut my pinky nail so short she cut down to the skin and made my toe and nail bleed and it stayed purple under the nail where blood was. I couldn’t enjoy my experience at all because the rest of the time my toe was throbbing and hurt so bad. After looking at my nails I could see how that happened because she cut all of my toenails so short even though when asked if I wented them trimmed I stayed “a little”. I was then charged the full amount of $43, which shocked me after the experience I had. That was not what I expected at all for this experience.

Th service was good and decent price for what was included in the pedicure I got but the facility was not very clean. I would have gone back if it was cleaner but we will keep looking for a good place with kids chairs.Oh kids pedicure was overpriced.

I went to this place this past Saturday while I was visiting my sister and she took me here to get my toes and nails done. By Monday when I got back home the shellac was already coming off my thumb nail, and then by Tuesday more peeled off my other thumb nail. I am a mental health therapist so I dont do work that is hard on my hands. When I get my nails done here in Texas the shellac has never fallen off or peeled and has lasted 3 weeks or more. I have told my sister to not go back to this location. The naval tech also had no idea what I was saying and kept cutting my cuticles which now I have hanging skin on 4 of my fingers. The nail polish is spotty in some places and after asking her to fix it 4 times, getting another girl to translate, I just gave up. My toes were better but the lady knocked me twice while cutting my cuticles and was too rough. I had to get on the road to get back home so I didnt have time to talk to a manager but I definitely will never be back. I dont know if they were rushed or what but the experience sucked. I honestly can say it was the best experience Ive ever had. I live in Oklahoma City and I will be taking trips up to Infinity. It was so nice. The service was perfect. I am pleasently pleased.

I had shellac done on last Thursday, and by Sunday three of my nails were peeling or chipped. Several nails were crooked and not buffered down (filed, but not smoothed on the edges). Two nails werent painted fully. I wont be returning to Infinity Nail on Riverside. The service was terrible, as my tech got up multiple times and seemed distracted the whole time. She was sweet, but I didnt pay to have poor quality nails.

Tiffany is my girl!!! She is super patient and goes above and beyond for me EVERY SINGLE time. She even meets me on Saturday mornings at 8 am if i need her too. She’s THE BEST!!!

The woman that did my nails did a terrible job, and she took forever. When she was taking off shellac that was already on my nails it was extremely painful the way she did it. And when I signed the receipt I signed for paying $35 and for some reason on my card statement they charged me $41. I have very nice long nails and now theyre ruined and so brittle. DO NOT GO HERE

COMPLETE TRAINWRECK FOR A BRIDE! I called ahead TWO weeks and let them know that me (the bride) and eight others would be coming together to get our nails done for my wedding. They were friendly on the phone and accommodating. One week out, I called again to confirm and confirm the number of people.The day of (the day before my wedding) when we get there they literally have no idea who I am or any record or recollection of anyone talking to me either time. The ones of us that they can accommodate are scattered all over the salon so we can’t enjoy our experience together. 3 others are left waiting for over 45 minutes. I was expecting seats next to one another and expecting them to know when we were arriving.Althogether we were there for 3 and a half hours because everyone got served at different times. Of course I start crying because our experience was ruined and then and only then does the first staff member/manager approach me and apologize. My nails looked good but my pedicure was horrible at first, and then the same employee offered to redo my pedi (and did) with the same result so my toes looked terrible on my wedding day and honeymoon. They did offer to fix them for a third time, but by that point we had been there for hours and we were late for our brunch, so we left.Thinking that each of the 8 of us spent between $50-100 per person there and received very poor service bothers me. I do not recommend this salon

My daughter and I recently visited for combo mani/pedis. The front desk was very welcoming. We were shown to our chairs and 2 employees came quickly. Unfortunately they did not speak or understand English. If fact it appeared that hardly anyone there did. I was unable to give any direction as to specific needs without 2 or 3 people having to find someone to come over to talk with us. The employee who was taking care of my daughter was on her cell phone most of the time. We were asked if we would like a soda and we said yes please. No one ever brought one. They werent that busy but seemed to be in a rush. Three coats of polish without ANY drying time. Very squishy and soft and buy the time we got to the car several of my finger nails were ruined just by accidentally touching them and so were my daughters toes. We will not be going back!

The establishment was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. I went in for a basic manicure, nothing special, but I left w/a very unsatisfactory result. Polish on my skin on almost every finger, smudges, and air bubbles in the polish. Its been less than 24 hrs and the polish is already chipping and coming off. I couldnt even find the girl that did them to have her fix anything. Not the best 1st impression.

When people are focused, this is a decent place for manicures and pedicures and we appreciate the neck rubs. The reason we won’t be back is the phrenetic and chaotic pace and lack of attention to details. A week ago we made appointments at the Yale and 91st location for manicures and pedicures as we were leaving town and on a schedule. We allowed 1 1/2 hours for a usual 1 hour process. When we arrived the place was packed and employees running to and fro. My wife sat down for a manicure and I sat at a pedicure station. Someone turned on the water, it was cold, and left. It almost overflowed and I had get someone’s attention to turn it off and adjust the temperature. 30 minutes later no one had paid any attention to either of us. All the while there were people running to and from customers. Someone would start and another would finish. They started a pedicure on someone next to me who came in after we did. Realizing we could not finish in time for our target deadline, we decided to leave. At that point we had multiple people swarming to say they would take care of us. But it was really too late. Also, is it just me or do others find it rude when there are constant conversations in another language. Are they talking about customers? Basically, we will be in search of a better experience and one with a bit more attention to details and the overall customer experience. At least one that will honor an appointment, or let the customer know if there will be delays.

The WORST experience ever! I will not come back and will not refer this place. I have been coming to Infinity for several years because the quality and the service was good. Well today was a HORRENDOUS experience and after today I will not give this place another chance. First I got my nails done - SNS. The guy doing my nails kept answering his cell phone and texting. Then I asked him to buff my nails to make them smooth and he said ya ya they be smooth. Then I went over for my pedicure. While my nails were drying I got my pedicure. The pedicure machine that I was on had issues with the drain so she washed my legs in dirty water. After my nails were dry they were rough and sharp so I asked them to fix them. So the guy came over and had to buff every nail and then reseal them. The lady finished my toes and they didnt have any spray so I waited 25 min for them to dry. I left and went home. When I got home I noticed they all had smeared. So I called and they said come in and we will fix them. I had to drive 30 miles from my house back to the salon and had to bring my 3 year old with me. While there my three year old got polish on her toes and I got mine fixed. They were in such a hurry they sloppily put on the my nail polish. As I was leaving they charged me $5 for the polish on my daughters feet which had already smeared. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! Worst service and quality ever. No one should have to waste their time with this place.

This doesnt even deserve one star. Heard great things about this place but will never go back. The girl kept looking at the clock never smiled she kept hurting me with my manicure wouldnt even let me soak my cuticles before digging in. She put so much nail polish on that they never dried and are messed up. She didnt even properly clean up my toes or cuticles. I had to go home and do it myself correctly. I am assuming with a mani u get your arms and hands rubbed but that did t happen. Underneath my nails looked horrible had to go home and clean them out. Was there for almost two hours. I shouldnt have to come home to fix things like this. Also afterwards I noticed they dont clean their equipment it is shoved back in the box and put up. Nasty and dangerous

I have been going here for about 3 months for manicures, only had one pedicure... I have been fine with my manicures up until today, had the worst shellac manicure ever in my life... I immediately asked for a manager, had my nails fixed. This was by a person who has worked there for years. My pedicure last month was mediocre. I live south now like 2 blocks away but I will be going back to Luxe at 15 th and Peoria... also they were not even going to discount my manicure, I demanded a reduction and they did give it to me half price...

Seems like a nice place but when I went, it was super busy. I waited for 30+ mins only to get a nail tech that didnt ask me any questions other than what color I wanted. She spoke in another language to the tech next to me the entire time. When I told her the shape I wanted, she told me that it wouldnt look good and proceeded to do what she felt looked good! I got a shellac French manicure, simple right? We! A few of my nails were crooked and she fixed it by saying its not noticable. I will not be returning

Great experience! This is our second time and it’s definitely our favorite place in Tulsa

I am very pleased with my nails, she did the length and shaping perfectly. However I the price was ridiculous. And they were arguing for about 30 min. Over all though I got exactly what I wanted.

So I had call one week ahead to reservation for a bride shower n they say okay. But when we got there they was in the rush to do all my girl nail in 2 hour I though they will take their time n no rush we had like 12 girl n they have attitude with us. I dont if I want to go back there

All the people that work there are amazing! I absolutely loved it!
