I was experiencing connectivity issues with my Modem so I stopped by the Salish office to see if I could get some assistance. Doug helped solve my issues, provided a new modem and even emailed me a WiFi FAQ guide! While I was there Doug also upgraded my internet speed!Appreciate the professional service!Sincerely,Jerry

I’ve been a happy customer since 2016. I’m a data analyst and I work on my computer all day, 5 days a week. I pay for a faster internet service for work and I’ve had no problems with the speed. I’m very pleased with the customer service and this company and I would recommend it to others.

Service tech came out to help reset my router today. When I told him that I was struggling to get good connection in my shop, he immediately said that he would replace my current router with a better one. I now have great WIFI coverage everywhere. Great experience, and excellent customer service!

The internet is about 10 to 20 years behind. The rest of the area (Marysville) gets anywhere from 50 to 100Mbps but Tulalip is at maybe 9.

I went down there to put an ad on channel 10 and they were very helpful. As a matter of fact it was on channel 10 before I even left yay. Very friendly and courteous!

I have had a great experience with this company so far!! I would say the cable picture isn’t the amazing HD look but the customer service has been nothing but amazing both the receptionist and the girl in the back have been so sweet and so nice!!!! And that’s important! So over all great experience! And our internet has been just fine no hiccups :))!!

Bottom barrel internet. Simply the worst connection I have ever had, it actually disconnects an reconnects your modem constantly. Some games will not even load because the connection is so poor it advises me to get a stable inernet connection before attempting. Um.....this is AFTER paying for faster internet? Wow terrible job.

They say they deliver competitive cable and internet services however, when you have a monopoly on the service to the reservation there is no real competition. Also let’s you charge twice as much for half the speed of all other cable internet providers. This sucks

Please stay competitive ! not relevant when u monopoly the area and still give slow speed but charge way too much for residents.....at least 100mb up and down will be awesome...please this is 2018 now and u still so slow. :- (

Internet is slow and or down most of the time. DSL is faster than what they offer. Dont waste your time and money!

They have been talking about upgrading for years from what I heard. Why would they upgrade if they can charge double the cost for 1/4 the quality and speed of their competitors across the freeway into Marysville.If you have quality cell service in your area I recommend using that, I was getting 35 down and 15 up from my cell connection when I got service.Another gripe is their terrible hours and lack of online payment system. One would think an Internet Service Provider would take payments on the internet. You can only pay your bill if you dont work the weekdays or you wanna drop a check into their drop box, which I was told isnt that secure by staff members.

Paying over $70 per month for 25mbps but usually get about half speed and often drops down to 3mbps or disconnects completely.. Resetting the modem constantly. their customer service is rubbish..

Worst broadband company ever. And Im a former comcrap customer. TV is pixelated if it comes in. HD channels rarely work. Nobody home on the weekends, you have a problem, tough luck until Monday. Then its onto scheduling, so nothing gets done until mid week. Internet speeds are archaic at best. Ten years behind the times.

It works for basic, basic - but we pay a lot of money for 24 mbps and what we seem to get is constantly and significantly below that - Netflix needs to be reloaded multiple times for a simple 22 minute show, I have to refresh internet pages very often when surfing basic internet, and forget having more than 2 devices using the service at the same time. it is a joke. our router / modem are both new and rated well so i know this is a company problem, not our equipment.The only perk is that it is unlimited - which satellite does not offer. unfortunately we are stuck with this service until another one will be available to our house which is difficult because of the reservation land.

Great internet. Frequent unannounced service interruption. Must be ran by like 2 people, when its down, its down for awhile. Get a laptop and go to a wifi hotspot because it will be more reliable than this garbage.

My payment was scheduled one day late as payment was on a Sunday. I could not get them to remove the $5 late fee and they are charging additional fee each month even though I have gone on autopay. My financial institute tried to talk with them with negative results.
