I moved in Ten Trumbull in Dec 2020 and broke my lease in May 2021. There was a damage on the bath counter (candle burn). During the moving out inspection, the inspector (Lord) clearly told me the charge should be only a few bucks (by replacing the top cover of the counter). But after a few days, when I received my final bill, they charged me additional $900 dollars without advanced notice. They never told me they replaced a brand new counter! Then I am always positively trying to get it resolved either with insurance (I tried to ask for the receipt from Ten Trumbull) or negotiate with the property manager (Jeff). Clearly they didnt admit the moving out inspection results. They either put me on hold or never give me a confirmed reply on the next step. Today I received a final credit collection letter. I am so disappointed!I am not saying that I am not going to pay. Instead, I wrote several letters asking why they replaced new counter without sending me the final receipts. If you want me to pay for it, you have to show me the receipts. Its $900 dollars, man! Clearly, I didnt receive anything.I am going to fight for my right. And I will never ever recommend this community to anyone again!

Our experience at Ten Trumbull has been great! The location is very convenient to restaurants, stores, the parkway and highway. From the minute we came to see the facilities we were warmly greeted by the office staff and now that we are residents, the staff goes above and beyond to address our concerns. Lloyd and Brian are great at handling any maintenance issue quickly and properly. Our apartment and the amenities fully meet our needs and we are very happy to be part of this community.Thank you to the Ten Trumbull team.

Ten Trumbull is an amazing apartment community for those looking for a luxury living experience. My husband and I have lived here for the past year and we absolutely love it! The customer service is amazing from the leasing agents and community managers. Ten Trumbull is great!

The building and grounds are beautiful .. when not under construction. I have to park across the street and walk to my building because my parking lot is under construction . The gates for security have been broken for months , the office staff lies to your face just to get you out of their hair and to top it all off. They want to raise my rent $230/month! They do not realize the tenants all talk to each other and we are comparing and the increases are not fair nor consistent. Some rents went of $150 some went up $300. I have the smallest model in the complex and one of the biggest increases . When I asked they gave me no logical explanation. And they don’t care if you stay or go. I do not recommend this place. Spare yourself the headache and the scheming and go anywhere else

Moved here early 2021. Has been a smooth and great experience so far! Love the amenities and the apartment we live in is very aesthetically pleasing. Leasing office is very responsive and accommodating.

They have been consistently friendly and helpful since we moved in and we especially appreciate the good service in replacing our defective garbage disposal this morning. It was done with their usual efficiency and friendliness and we are very grateful! 👍👌👏

After living in our own house for over 30 years, we were concerned about moving to an apartment complex. Ten Trumbull has exceeded our expectation. The condition of the apartment and the overall setting are excellent. Most importantly. the services have been exceptional. We would recommend Ten Trumbull without any hesitations.

My husband and I moved in March 1st, 2020 and were one of the first attendants at Ten Trumbull apartments... we recently renewed our lease for another year! The management team is extremely helpful and accommodating, and will do their best to go above and beyond. The maintenance team is one of the best that weve experienced with Luxury apartment living. Ten Trumbull put a lot of details into the beautiful landscaping and common areas, we enjoy the property and our living space.

Once we decided to downsize and move closer to our daughter in CT we looked for a property which would provide a comfortable, spacious apartment plus some of the amenities we were accustomed to. We found it in Ten Trumbull. Besides the layout of the apartment and cleanliness of the building halls, the property amenities are top notch. Despite the COVID pandemic, my wife and I took advantage of the fitness center, sports lounge, heated pool and barbecue grills. Due to a reservation system, the property management was able to provide the use of the amenities following CDC guidelines, adhering to the use of masks and maintaining social distancing. On those occasions (few) when assistance was needed from the leasing office and/or maintenance, the response was terrific and very accommodating. We will be completing our first one year lease in the next 3 months which we plan on renewing.

My fiancée and I have lived at Ten Trumbull for six months now and have nothing but a positive experience living here. We love the layout of our apartment and luxury finishes throughout. The staff Linda, Aimee, Lloyd, and Jeff are extremely friendly and always address any issues in a timely manner. We love the resident events that they host. Our favorite is the local food trucks they hire for the community to enjoy at no extra charge! The amenities (and theres plenty) they offer are amazing! We often utilize the gym, private dining room, and the bocce court. Lastly, everything you need for in terms of food shopping, a mall, and restaurants are minutes away!

Yes this place is beautiful the apartment is nice for the price we pay could be much nicer! After the first few months of living here I’ve noticed that it is poorly built the windows are very drafty can hear almost everything from neighbor upstairs. Parking is extremely limited and during winter the snow removal is horrendous and management overall could use some improvement we are consistently threatened with fines and complaints about A multitude of things the common spaces are very very restricted don’t forget and they continuously remind us that there’s cameras everywhere and that they’re always watching us which has been extremely unsettling from the day I moved in. Overall before you move in here please talk with some people all around the complex and get other opinions before signing onto their 12 month lease and if you try to break the lease they will make you pay the rent until someone else takes your spot!

I have lived here for a while now and I absolutely love it here! The office staff is so nice and ALWAYS super helpful. Anytime I need help with a maintenance issue, they are very quick and on top of it. These apartments are definitely what you think about when you think luxury; heated pool, really nice gym, super luxury clubhouse, and they do cool resident events! If you are looking for a resort/luxury lifestyle then I would highly recommend living here!Thank you Ten Trumbull for your amazing service, I wont be moving anytime soon!

There is nothing more inviting than living in a brand-new luxury apartment community created by Ten Trumbull. I owned a home for over 24 years and was looking to downsize into a smaller place. The property is beautiful, and I was attracted to the location and amenities, as well as the cozy layout of the available apartments. The staff here are warm and friendly, and work hard to ensure the residents are happy. Although I don’t have a pet, I love the pet of the month highlights! Ten Trumbull also has great 24-hour security. My favorite part about living here, is that I get to wake up to a view of a beautiful sunrise every morning.

I am so impressed with these apartments! They are so beautiful and so luxury, they look like and feel like a resort. The office staff is very nice and very professional and always help me if I need it. They have super fun resident events, really nice amenities, and the apartments themselves are so fancy.

Ive just recently moved in and all I can say is wow. The staff is so nice and everything on the property is beautiful. Ive never lived at a place quite like this with such a warm community feeling. Im so happy I chose Ten Trumbull and I plan to let my family and friends know about it if they every plan to move.

The building is immaculate and the staff, Jeff, Aimee, and Linda are some of the friendliest, helpful and professional people you can do business with. My girlfriend and I went to visit her son and fiancee at this location. There are no words. Calm surroundings and the amenities are above and beyond as to what a tenant should have. We will visit as much as we can.

So glad I chose to move here. The pool and clubhouse are finally opening (they were delayed because of Corona) and I feel like Im living at a resort! Cant wait to show it off to my friends :) Oh, and the staff couldnt be more helpful (and patient with me and my million requests). I recommend.
