I dont think it is the Nokia care. It is just a electronic shop who sells and repair mobile. i was having some problem related to my Nokia mobile speaker and when i showed my mobile to shopkeeper he said the speaker is having some problems so it has to be replaced. and then he asked me weather i want to add original speaker or a duplicate one, this type of things does not happen in Nokia care they only use original things.
