Wonderful store with a good variety of minerals. They have many of the more common types of minerals that are generally popular but also try to get a good stock of unusual minerals that you dont find in other places in the city.Nice options for all price points with most prices quite reasonable considering they are a shop in downtown Toronto.Staff is very helpful and accommodating with questions.My only negative is the sale of sage bundles as Im native and dont appreciate the sale of such things to cultural appropriating people.

I love this store! I made a rather large order and did pick up, which was covid friendly and contactless. I received my items and loved all of them, great size and amazing prices. These are the best prices for the size and quality I have encountered. I wanted to exchange a few items and Kavan went above and beyond for me, if youre thinking about getting crystals and such from here do it. Everything is gorgeous Im very satisfied with my purchase!

I wanted to check out more stores before purchasing anything and now after being to most of the metaphysical stores in Toronto, I definitely will be back to Geologic to purchase.

Absolutely love this place! I used to go into the shop often, because they were always getting new stuff in. Im so glad theyve been able to figure out a great online order and pick-up system for these hard times during covid. Cool store with rocks and fossils for sale. I got a cool trilobite fossil for a good price. You can see a real woolly mammoth tusk and buy it if you have the cash.

Great selection and the store was really inviting. Got a few cool pieces to add to my collection.

Rocks! Giant geodes! Fossils!Got a nice abalone shell there for a few bucks, but tempted to go back and get one of the beautiful chunks of petrified wood they have or one of the fossilized shells.

Decent place, with a good selection of tumbled and raw stones. There is a certain scent when you walk in, which I believe may come from an incense, that some who are sensitive to smells should be aware of. The staff are informative an d friendly. I came to find crushed turquoise to use in inlays, but they only had small pieces of tumbled turquoise, and most of the rocks /stones/minerals there are either geode like sparkling crystals, tumbled stones, or shaped and polished ones. From what I remember, they did not have many cut and faceted stones you usually see in jewellery, but they have a very wide selection of different types and colours, neatly labelled for the customers convenience.

Well organized, reasonably priced and good variety. Some unique finds, and Canadian treasures. Fossils, petrified wood and some stunning and massive pieces. Great for kids. They can walk around, explore, and touch.

Exactly what I had expected and more! A wonderful little shop for gems and stones with quite a variety! They are also well versed in more of the deeper meaning behind the gems and how it relates to your zodiac. I wasn’t intimidated by not being versed in such, I just picked some of my favorite minerals and received them at a fair price! Also a larger collection for those really invested in the hobby.

Incredible service and Peter was extremely helpful!I went into Geologic to check out the telescopes. I had been interested in getting started in Astronomy for sometime. Peter helped me and was completely patient with every single question I had. It was clear that he was excited about helping me get started with my first telescope.Based on what Peter had told me, I did some more research and went back to him with more questions. Once again, he spent all the time needed to answer my questions, provide me with a demonstration for using the telescope, and added more hints and tips. After that, I bought a telescope excited to check out the sky.But the service didnt stop there, once I got home and started assembling the scope, I noticed an info sheet prepared by Peter with additional tips for getting the most out of the telescope.Peter and Geologic/Gifts from the Earth provided an incredible service. After being turned away from astronomy by a different store on Dufferin St.(they were rude and didnt give me the time of day), Peter was super helpful and guided me through the whole process, even saying to call if I had any more questions.Thank you!

I love Geologic! The store is so beautifully laid out and decorated. It feels very peaceful and harmonious. I also love that the prices are fair. I like that there are many educational things for children too like fossils and mineral kits. Its one of my favourite places to buy gifts (and Ive gotten some great gems for myself too)!

Geologic rocks! For the size of the store, Geologic offers a wide variety of crystals, stones, and jewelry, for reasonable prices (in comparison to other crystal stores in Toronto). The staff are always so friendly, helpful, and kind. Ive been to Geologic a handful of times, and I highly recommend.

This place is pretty cool, if you like rocks, minerals, crystals, whatever you want to call them... This place has an amazing selection of them. In the back room they have some behemoths of amethyst and other quartz as well as some fossils. Worth a visit!

Really lovely shop for gifts, jewlery or to fill out your personal rock collection! They carry a wide range of items that would be of interest to geologists, paleontologists and new age spirituals alike. They have a display room in the back of gorgeous, huge mineral specimens. Heads up that its very hard to leave without buying anything though.

My first ever google review - it took this amazing store to pull it out of me. Not only is this my favourite shop in Toronto; full of the most magical treasures at every price point, but the staff are INCREDIBLE ! Since having moved out of province, I realized I had forgotten the identities of a number of stones I purchased there, and emailed the shop on the off chance they could identify them for me. They did. Quickly and ever so kindly. Y’all rock ;)

Great vibe, and they always have such amazing stuff. Im big into stones, and I have never seen a selection close to what this store has. And its not just huge, expensive display pieces either - I find it quite affordable for pocket stones and healing stones. I always spend way too much time in here, because theres just so much to see. The staff keep the store nicely curated - they dont just put anything on their shelves for sale, which shows they care about the experience of shopping at their store. Highly recommended.

A beautiful store packed with amazing treasures! Every time I go in there I seem to find something special to bring home. Key features: A large tumbled gemstone section, big museum quality gems I love to look at, unique mineral specimens, Dinosaur Bones (so cool!), Local Artist Jewellery, but what I really love is the diverse selection of gems and minerals from around the world. I feel I can walk away with a bunch of great stuff for under $20 but its always worth the trip just to see natures treasures. Thanks Earth for having more than just dirt below our feet!!!

Excelent store. I went there to buy some cool crystals for a friend but I was lost (i know nothing about stones and crystal kkkk) but the staff was super helpful and nice teaching and helping me. Strongly recommend the store, even when you know nothing like me.

Been there several times and own several smaller items from their collection. Go back more if I can.

The shop is really well decorated, and all the items are elegantly displayed. There were not that many fossil items as I have expected. I found all the items are really overpriced somehow. Normally, I would see the crystal pendulum around $15-20 price range, but it was a whoping $38 at this store. When I paid for the item, I had to swipe my card three times before it went thru. It was okay, but I wouldn‘t come here for any items at price range over $100.

Geologic has pretty decent prices from what Ive seen from other stores, and a very large selection. You can go in and spend $5 or $5000, you pick your budget. Cool pieces. Always different everytime I go. Like you can tell the stones were hand picked because there are a lot of unique specimens, and an ideal number of characteristics that make a stone rare, unlike other stores that just stock a bunch of characterless amethyst points and druzys. Their staff is also very well informed, I know, because Im very well informed.

Every time I come in to Geologic and Gifts from the Earth it feels warm and welcoming. The staff at both locations are wonderful and knowledgeable. I loved Gifts from the Earth since it opened (I was 8 years old) on the Danforth.

I found this place as if by magic! While walking on Queen street talking to my partner about wanting to find some crystals and palo santo, I look up and I read, gifts from the earth. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with great energy and a huge selection of crystals and other amazing wonders from the earth. I got everything I needed, included a jade crystal roller which I had been dreaming of, that unfortunately broke on my way back home. Reminder to be careful with your precious crystals, I hope I get a chance to return!

From the moment you enter ...one can feel the enchantment ...... even if you dont exactly know what you are looking for it will come to you will feel yourself drawn to the stone of your need... atleast this was my experience ....I knew nothing about which stone I wanted to buy for a sick friend......but from the moment I walked in I felt drawn to the white Quartz ........which I was then told that it was a healing stone.My friend has since gone into remission....his diagnosis was grim ...he was given 3- 4 months ....untreatable brain tumour...yet he is still enjoy life more than a year later :)!Thank you!

Very nice inventory of minerals and fossils, with some really high quality specimens. Definitely worth a visit if youre interested in rocks, minerals and fossils.Some highlights: real mammoth tusk, pyritized Ammonites, large Amethyst geodes.However, prices are high reflecting the prime location and often, the quality of the item.

This shop has alot of jewelry. I fond their prices kind of high on the jewellery. They have tons of huge crystals that are beautiful.

My fav crystal store! So many beautiful minerals and lots of jewellery too. Ive never seen so many different kinds of rocks and gemstones in one place––amazing selection––and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They even had a real triceratops horn that is millions and millions of years old!! I have gotten so many cool things there for myself and friends, and I love just walking through and taking in the beauty of the earth.

I recently went into Geologic while vacationing in Toronto. As soon as I opened the door I knew that I had walked into someplace really special, the energy in there was so very clear and magical. I loved the way they balance Archaeology, Geology and Metaphysics. The staff there was very knowledgeable and seem to take a keen interest in every piece they had, like every stone, bone, crystal and mineral had been hand chosen with care. I liked that they had a broad price range, going from museum quality artifacts to the little rose quartz hearts and hematite marbles at the front that my kids loved playing with. I will definitely be going back to Geologic on my next trip to Toronto, and will be ordering online from out here on the West Coast. Thank you Geologic, for a little oasis in a big big city!

This is by far the best place to buy semi-precious stones in toronto. The variety of crystals they have is beautiful and there is also a large selection of premade jewelry. I can spend hours in here browsing. They also partner with a local jeweler who can mount the stones you buy on a necklace or other piece.

I just wanted to say that I had a chance to pop by your location and picked up a few things for my collection. By far I had the best service out of my entire day of shopping in your store. Rahul was outgoing and friendly while helping me find the perfect crystals. We had a great conversation about a large piece of apophyllite from India and I was almost inclined to head back to your store at the end of the day to get even more. Keep it up, you’re store rocks (pun intended) and kudos to Rahul who was helping me. I’ll definitely coming back to look for his assistance again.

Nice store with various interesting things. I cant speak for the other products, but the Palo Santo sticks are fake, unfortunately, I found these out after I purchased them and lit them. It seems like they are some other type of wood soaked and dried in a scented solution, which makes them smell nice. However, when lit, it does not give off the same scent as real palo santo sticks, and just smells like burning wood, instead of the rich smell that palo santo sticks are associated with.

An interesting place. The superstition is rather much for me, however I was able to find some interesting rocks for my Earth Scientist roommate.

This place is fantastic,.... Reasonable prices,... Good place to buy a unique gift,... Friendly staff, I wanted everything in the store! 😀
