Builder has not provided facilities as promised at the time of booking of flat. He promises us that he will provide clubhouse, swimming pool, garden and temple for which he had charges Rs. 285000/- but till now we have not received any above mentioned facilities. The quality of internal work is very poor. They had used very poor quality material. In the last rainy season we had faced leakage from walls and other problems. Please be very careful while purchasing from this builder.

Surprising things are going on Aastha developer.Builder staff is doing such a great job- we are thinking to give oscar award to them.1. Lift emergency key is with someone- security has been placed in building. So he suppose to have key with his custody.Im surprised by hearing that key is with someone at his house. This is 3rd incident happen that my family member has struck in lift.Last year also I told same this keep emergency key with security or in every lobby. Still not implement. Last week something happen light gone my small brother struck in lift. No power backups installed. I just run for key with security- he is saying lift key is with secretary of building at his house. Surprised to heard this 1. Secretary how and who make him/her secretary.2. How he/she keep key in home.This is ridiculous from builder side that they give key to them. No lift emergency key is with security ,not in lobby.On that day same incident happen lift person came he also try to open gate with key. Door is not able to open. This shows the conditions of lift and give the irregular servicing of lift. Lifts lights not working this is common thing.2. I think in this building some caste system is going on. Society formation start no one aware about this. Only builder staff few friends and relatives those are staying they only aware. He is taking sign from last 2 months only few are aware about this.One day I ask when I get to know about this.Then he send papers at home- when he saw that I left for office.Flat conditions are worst. Window alignment are not proper. Every wall there is crack. This all we shown before possession. One year completed not a single things done.Can I know the status of club house. One year completed. How many years we have to wait for this.

Its nice place where I live. So I celebrated my son birthday here first time and I enjoyed the event, here lots of space celebrate other event as like haladi , marriagetc.

Flat is not proper lots of pending works is still in flat. Delay in possession. Club house is yet not ready. No power supply. No kdmc water supply. Builder told they give possession on December but still not given. No club house work yet started. Lift is not working. Earlier We visit 2-4 time. 3 times we struck on lift for more then 1hrs. No one came for help.We shifted here on may. Light supply not there my freeze, washing machine pvc damage due to lights coning and going and voltage low.In 10days my small brother struck on lift 3times and even i also and my family.Same its happen on other wing also.local company lift installed in promises.No proper management. Lift key also not handover anyone.Not satisfied with them.

Nice place for a morning or evening walk...going with a four wheeler is not a great idea beacause of the traffic conditions the road is good enough for two wheel drive or a walk...place have good amount of shops required for daily needs..and some shopping shops are also nearby...

बहूत देर लगा दिया है काम बहुत स्लो है.3 साल मे 5टॉवर खडे होने चाहिए थे! कस्टमर बँक का ब्याज भर भर के हैराण हो गये है? ऑर 6 महिने मे भी काम पुरा होगा क्या नहि? पता नहीं.......?
