Worst service delivery provider. Dont ever use their services. I had a PAN delivery from NSDL and these guys picked it and marked as delivered.But they never delivered it. When I called them asking for the package they were holding it and asking me to come and pick it up. They say that they cannot come to my place and deliver. They cannot travel to deliver for some few packages. They asked me to wait until they get the next load and when they get the bulk packages in my area, they deliver mine along.I don’t understand why NSDL/government services choose such cheap providers
