Fentastic and exlent service only rkg travels

They can be better called as parcel service.almost 3 hours delay due to the loading and unloading of parcels.

I am traveling tirupur to Coimbatore RKG bus now .. conductor behaviour is worst. And balance not given for many passengers.. I am so angry with our service...

Very worst Travels ever seen in my life, yesterdat I booked a lower berth for my wife in Bangalore bus and we were shocked to see that already a stout lady and her 12 year old son was sleeping. How come they allow childrens above 10 years without booking tickets? Even after informing this to driver, they are not ready to listen and asked us to adjust and for the whole night my was suffering in shoulder pain because of that old lady.... Waste of money and no proper response. Better avoid this travels

Worst and Wreckless Driving and Bad Attitude... I wonder how respective departments have authorized this Driver to take care of 50 passengers...KA51C6449..rammed into many vehicles which were parked as well..Stay away from these buses.. Better to avail some other fleet or some other reputed transport...

Value for money!!!! I travelled with two children to Tirupur, I feel much comfortable in the bus. Driver stopped the bus, wherever needed. Thanks to driver.

The service is very good and they maintain quality in service. Especially timing.. Most of the time, they make sure you reach on time to your destination. Also, pickup timing is very perfect. They dont delay like KPN or other big bus services (1 hour delay or even more)

I had a good experience in both Sleeper and semi Sleeper,bus is clean and maintained properly.

Very very worst punctuality bus i have ever seen..i was travel on 20.08.18 from hosur to udumalpet with family...the bus was one hour late at pick up point then luggage loading for 50mins...almost 2hr gone at pick up place itself then same unloading took 45mins...overall 2hr late than what they mentioned in the website.pls dont prefer this bus...nobody care about passengers safety n time...not even listening their words...GOOD BYE RKG...I WILL NOT EVEN SEE UR BUS HERE AFTER...beware of RKG friends...dont take risk with family.

Dear Mr. Owner of RKGIm writing this in between my journey from Tirupur to Chennai .. Now the time is 2:41AM & date 02/04/2018.. As we are waiting here for 1 hour because of diesel leakage problem in tank..Im traveling in RKG for last four years ... In the initial days when my ticket was RS.500 you have delivered an awesome service & quality of bus... But now I can able to notice that your bus quality is become worse and utter waste.. but now my ticket is RS.800Bus was not cleaned & pleasent when I boarded bus, I couldnt stretch my legs in semisleeper bus s speaker was kept under both front and my seat... What is the purpose of speaker in night bus... ??!Yes it happens in business... In initial stage people you have given best service but once you have developed you are taking it as granted that who is going to ask all these things... Money has become motive for you I guess...But Sir Im advicng you it is a failure theory of business... Bcoz Im feeling like you have cheated my money. Surely I wont book ticket next time in RKGTake RS.300 from my ticket amount and get a couple of beer and think about it... - There is no proper timing maintenance by the staffs..for our trip 6.45 am was drop time they drop me around 7.45 and we missed the function- there is no proper answer for passengers from the bus staff ...at night time these kindof inconvenient answers and throwing words tlr irritating ...- without knowing ur. Travels we booked the tickets so people pls. Book ur tickets based on reviews

I usually use their service once in a month atleast... everytime it has been a good experience to travel with them ... staffs are friendly,helpful and adaptive ... Pathetic experience. There was no AC vent control and there were no side screens as well. How you expect us to travel when there is no side screen when the roads are filled with lights and LEDs. The driver was so rash and I could not even sit in the seat peacefully. The operator minds only about money.

Website shows 7.30am reached time but they dropped at pollachi 9am only.Stopped bus at 2.30am for over rated cheating mottal.
