The service is very bad in this showroom..The sales person was with me only till the vehicle was delivered right after that he just vanished, just after 10 mins after the delivery the speedometer was not working and when i complained the salesperson was not even there in the showroom and when I complained to another sales person they didnt even respond well.

Worst service I have received till date from a branded service center. I would better service my vehicle with a local mechanic than to visit this place. It looks like their main intention is to get as much money from the customer than providing quality service. I was told that I have to spend 25k on my vehicle when I requested for an exchange in their showroom they say vehicle worth is 8k so what was their intention???. After just completing general service speedometer stopped working which was working fine before service and I had to visit the service center for third day and pay again extra 400 bucks. Yesterday I give service morning 9.15 they said evening 4pm delivery committed.. After phone call not yet ready tomarrow take said one person.. Today I delivered my scooter.. .All scratch and not proper water wash. .. I point out ...then waters sprayed some area... Listen all... My Bill is 1844 rs. .. 1200 labor 644 oil prices.. . I ask. . Worst seller and service center. Is there any stars to select in minus/worst. We bought Suzuki Access 125 recently and used free services. I never seen this anywhere like this. We did complaint starting problem in the Suzuki Access 125 in past 3 services. Always they said its fixed. But still the issue occurs and we faced lot of struggles during the transport to somewhere. Finally the outside workshop person found the Battery is the problem. Then we contact the service center and verified the same and Agreed Battery is the problem. I could not understand what they did in the past services and didnt found the exact issue. They very eager to add multiple services in the bill and pick money from the customers. I never satisfied their service in the past 8 months. For all the free services they billed around 500-700 rupees. Every time they are requesting coating, I could not understand why this need for new bike. One time they billed 400 rupees for this. I heard the other customers when i go service, they also faced same kind of issue and reported to admin people. I am wondering what kind of administration is this.I will not refer this show room or service center to anyone.
Sales and service responses are good until now (5 months). Though the opening time is mentioned as 9am, service centre opening time is in between 9 to 9.30

Sales team is good but not the service team!I gave my access 125 for service and then my bulb had a loose connection which i already fixed outside and then bulb was not having enough power I said the showroom to change the bulb then said that blub has been changed but I know its the same old powerless bulb and in whatever way they can able to cheat they are cheating redicilous service Ive ever had in last 1 year and never Ill leave my vehicle to them...

Very bad customer service, I have ordered on 22.03.2018 and purchased suzuki gixxer on 30.03.2018, till now(14.05.2018) not receiving RC Book and accessories of ladies handle bar , everytime i call him, he told it will come tomorrow, Very bed response from Mr.Kadhar and i already complained to that showroom chief, he told it will come definitely on 28.04.2018 but its also waste, I feed very bad to purchase here, anybody need suzuki vehicle kindly choose any other showroom.

Very bad experience this showroom I give my suzuki fixer bike 3 time service today I give again service last 3 time I tell one problem the same problem come again and again today I call showroom she tell me my bike is ready I there and I am waiting one hour once I go back only he check my bike I am waiting one hour then only he give me my bikeAgain the some problem come my bike I dont no he do service or no this this my bill amount 3000. Vehicle service not satisfied. The water service is superficially wiped out.After all the self motor had not been picked up and had to be replaced with a new one, they said it was ₹ 7500 and when I went to another workshop saying no I had to fix it as the wire was missing and it only cost ₹ 750. This is the service logo.
