I have placed an order on 7/Nov. No response from then. Absolutely no clue. No response to calls and emails. Email is bounced back. Seems something very shady...They have called back and delivered the order. Hence moving it up.

Really impressed with the professionalism, timely delivery and material of the tee. We ordered a team tee for our badminton social group . Everyone loved the fit , colour and material. It’s soft and doesn’t shrink on wash . Such a feel good factor . They worked on my design to make it look better . We ordered it to Australia and it arrived well in time . Gopi did a fantastic job in handling all our queries and concerns. I’ve recommended this to other professional clubs as well . Highly recommend them.

Due to the volume of work it will take some time to get the printing done. Quality of the printing is good.

Though the print quality and the cloth material is good, the aesthetic sense of the printer went wrong the first time. Notwithstanding, the store worked its wayout and replaced the item with a new and satisfactory piece.I would have been happier if the store had a better way to understand the custom designs made by customers and convert the same into the final product the first time itself.

3.5 stars. Have ordered few times from them, bit of a hit and a miss. But overall, as far as India is concerned, these guys are quite good. their fabric isnt half bad. Shipping and Delivery is a bit of a concern, but overall they are decent and definitely worth checking out.

T-Shirt and print quality is good. First i ordered only 1 TShirt to check the quality and was really impressed. Got the delivery in 4days which was really good. Have gone ahead and placed order for couple of more T-Shirts. Hope they deliver the same service as they did in last order.

I Have ordered 16 Sports Jersey on April 13th, but i have received my product on May 4th. Worst delivery system, Worst Customer service. They are providing only one contact number but they wont attend frequently. If u call 25 times mean they attend 1 time. Late delivery system. Kindly book 1 month before. T-shirt quality ok fine but what u look in image that not reflect live. Little color change have.Final word : Worst Delivery, Fine Quality.

Excellent service organising expedited printing and international delivery. Very reasonable pricing and tshirts came out exactly as designed on website complete with individual names and numbers. No limitation on number of colours etc. Would definitely use again.

Very disappointing service.Design wasnt printed according to my requirement.Later some lame reasons for not shipping the orderMore than 2 weeks taken to complete one order correctly yet it is not delivered properly the replacement process is also disappointing. No follow up some lame reasons n excuses.

About Delivery Time:I submitted my design on Friday night, as the day was followed by weekends, Id expected that I will get the t-shirt after 10-15 days.But as they said, delivery was on time. I got the t-shirt on 7th July(next friday)About Print:Print quality is really good. Its not sticker print, so there is no chance of design getting off the fabric. And so its safe to iron it or wash it.About Fabric:Fabric is also good, but it can be better. Its not that the fabric is bad, but it can be better. its still better than regular t-shirts.Conclusion:I will surely order again from this website. Its one of the best for custom printing and also budget friendly.

I will not give them even 1 star. Very poor services. They make good t-shirts for sure but their delivery service is very very pathetic. I ordered a t-shirt 24 days back. Still no sign of delivery. They dont give tracking ID, so you will have to keep guessing what has happened to your order. I have also put 2 emails requesting them to update delivery status but all in vain. Neither are they refunding my money.... So plz try any other company but not this one.....Or place cash on delivery........ but they charge Rs 100 extra for that...

Updated review: Customer care has now been improved. I am wishing to order again.

I bought 2 Polo Tshirts from them with a custom design print on the front and back. Heres my experience -T-shirt Quality-----------------------> though the Polos are decent quality for the price, they turned out to be horrible to print on. I believe this has something to do with the way the Polo t-shirts are threaded - the mesh is quite visible.> not all Polos are 240GSM as claimed on the website. Some are 180-200 GSM. Could be either false marketing or plain ignorance on their part.> Tshirt Colors as shown in their e-designer are way too saturated. Real color is half the saturation and might appear dull to some. I was not ok with this personally as I wanted these tshirts for daily wear, not just some event or a short duration.Print Quality--------------------> print alignment is way off. I wanted it on the chest pocket area, but its been printed higher up at the level of the collar buttons.> the websites t-shirt design tool doesnt show whether the print dimensions are in cm/inch - confusing ! They are in inches.> prints came out somewhat duller and less saturated than the image I uploaded. I didnt like them. I think their printers color calibration is off.> prints are not smooth and are grainy, but I believe this has something to do with the way the Polo t-shirts are threaded - the mesh is quite visible.Delivery-------------They use Fedex> First delivery was 3 weeks late since they didnt have stock of the Polo t-shirts I wanted. But they didnt call me to give this update. I had to call them multiple times to get a definite answer> Second order was delivered on timeOverall I would say maybe give it a try if youre buying plain round-neck tshirts but Polos are a definite NO NO ! For Polos I would recommend maybe searching for a place that does threaded printing.

I ordered a customised shirt as a birthday gift (Sep 22, Order ID 7667). So far, my order has not yet been delivered.They did provide a shipment tracking ID but not the shipment. The recipient did not get any phone call from the courier party either.The T-shirt loot team has not responded to my mails on both their addresses, and after repeated follow-ups, I still dont have any updates regarding my order. They have a page on Facebook but no response on their chat window either. This is very poor customer service.
