Ecom Express address 1: Vinayaga Towers, Thennampalayam, nearby Prassana Honda showroom street. TiruppurEcom Express address 2 : Nearby Revathi hospital. I heard from the delivery man but not sure.I had to roam around 2 hours exactly in the same place at the court road and few places in Tirupur to find the office. Later I found one delivery man on the roads and collected the address.Customer service is ridiculous, I am explaining them the situation but they keep on saying the old address is what they have and couldnt assist more, not even a phone number provided.And finally I have to run around the place I found to pick my courier, however they didnt deliver me by saying that my area is unserviceable, but where I am receiving all the couriers for past 25 years in the same address.By updating this, thought many of them would get use of it.

Ecom express deliverying for Amazon, they took over 20 days for delivery, and one of my product has returned by them to Amazon. But Flipkart and ekart is the best in delivery service

Biggest frauds.Theyll keep the parcels and they wont deliver. They wont even call the recipient.And they will tell the sender that the recipient refused to accept the delivery.
