Worst service. Money minded people. Instead of providing name change service, they forced to cancel and get a new one for their profit! Dont believe these guys!!! Better check with customer care before going to them!!!

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE!!!!Dubious charges for services. They first quoted one charge for a service and then changed it when they realised we were aware. Refused to give bill. Refused to answe about GST. We were ready to pay if they provided bill. Then the lady manager started acting arrogant and telling us that we were availing their service without paying. This is a fraudulent store. Airtel has to take strict action against this store if they want to retain customers. These people should not be given authorisided partner status.

One of the worst service center in tirupur. Pls dont go to them. They are full of arrogant people and treating people like poor beggar people who came to them just to beg a plate of food!! Extremely bad service and I assure you they will not rectify your request at any cost. Pls dont go to them. It is really waste of time. Better you can go airtel showroom which is situated opposite maniam classic in Kumaran Road.For god shake pls dont visit else your money will be looted. This is strict caution. Need better service

PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOWROOM.Worst experience for a customer, they ll get the money and wont recharge for that entire day. You must wait, call them and remind for recharge, after that also they wont do it. You must do it by online, if u need it urgently. Then whats the use of going there.
