Very harsh handling..dint bother to wipe off the wax aftr it is done and left my legs sticky and even after informing that my skin is kind of sensitive they dint bother to handle with care and left with rashes on eyelidsHaircut by vasu was very good though

Worst experience. They charge double and give a kaccha reciept.Mr Dinesh at the front desk will give some bad excuse like software is not working or computer is not working . Then you have the haircut experience which is worst than a roadside barber. in the name of corona he will wear one gown and use instruments used on other customers without washing them. There is no concept of hair wash. Also whatever instruction you give them especially Mr Wasu, he will do whatever he wants. He wont listen to what the customer is saying. There are no minus point system in this otherwise they are not worthy of one star also.

Not very happy with the service. I wanted to have a long bob haircut and asked the hair dresser if he’s experienced about the hair cut and has done it before, he said yes, but the outcome’s been very disappointing. Would appreciate honesty in terms of service.

I have always had a good experience here. Bhagya is excellent at her work and I am usually not worried about how the service would be. She is very welcoming.

Service done by Ayan is too good. Though I was open for a higher package, he advised me to get a package based on my skins need. Would visit him for sure again on my railway Saloon needs. The steps for the showroom is on the backside. That is the only confusing part. Apart from that the professionalism, cleanliness and advise - I will trust Ayan.

The location is good. Was expecting the place to be neat and tidy and all equipment well maintained. Unfortunately the place is in need of a refurbish. All metal surfaces had rust marks. Didn’t feel the place to be hygienic. I felt totally uncomfortable.

The place is Medico in terms of cleanliness. The haircut was also subpar. No attention to detail. Simple things like the blowdryer being too hot wasnt taken care of

Worst experience ever. The staff was more concerned about there personal targets for thr month. If u r going for some basic clean up or equivalent, u ll be ill treated. Worst staff behaviour. Overacting lady staff. Will never recommend nor visit again. AVOID.

Very expensive and no satisfactory result from here. They charge u 200 for small beard trimming, 4000 for skin lightning facial(including hidden charged and tax) but that too no result. Better to save money and go somewhere else. Honestly speaking I wasted my money thinking that theyre professionals ..

Its centrally located, very courteous staff ,have a separate ladies section. Excellent services at reasonable rates. Usually ask for Bhagyashree, her facial and hair spa treatments that she gave were very relaxing. Definitely recommend her.

I went here for a hairdo. It is very expensive. Though they hair do was done good & I had no option as a tourist, their services are not worth the cost. Behaviour of staff is very unpleasing. They must get trained properly

Very Better Experience . Staff & Cleanness Was Good.

Never had such a bad experience with pedicure,it was expensive and the staff did such a painful job. She was just too careless and harsh in the way she handled and did her job. Yeah Same was the case with threading, had to ask for another staff to complete someones incomplete and terrible job, and when the feedback is given they dont bother to respond and apologise. This experience will stop me from recommending the place to anyone. Extremely disappointed. I paid a hefty price to be left with bruises on my face and feet.

Went to naturals. The room that they took me into was a nightmare. Toffee wrappers, used cotton, socks, chappals n dirty doormats were on the floor. Inaeked fr different room. The helper was good. They used only parachute coconut oil for Aroma therapy. N charged me 1600 fr coconut oil aroma aroma therapy. Its high time these centers shud curtail. Coz they r not able to maintain it.
